Wonderful experience. Loved the house and location could not have been better. One note, if staying with multiple families/young kids, you can hear everything on all levels so when one little person wakes up, everyone wakes up. Aside from that, the house exceeded expectations. We would stay here again..

Great house for a large group, with great private access to the beach close by. The cleanliness of the house was disappointing, with several appliances not working including the ice machine and washing machine. Pool was under maintenance during our stay, which was also really disappointing.

Floors, countertops and toilets really dirty. Washer and dryer didn’t work. Called but never fixed or any further communication from owners. Forced to buy clothes to make it through the week. House was beautiful and location was great.

I rented this out for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect!! Plenty of common area space, beds, and perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach!

I loved the location of this house. It was our 3rd time renting in this neighborhood, and the walk to the beach was nice and short. Also easy walk to main shopping areas and restaurants. Living space in this house is on second floor, and couch is super comfortable! Nice and large. Kitchen is GREAT, very big and spacious. Nice long table for playing cards, etc. Rooms also were nice and comfortable, beds were also good. Had a few cleaning and repair issues, but the management company were receptive and the first day we were there sent someone out to deal with an AC issue and got that resolved fairly quickly. The washer/dryer works fine, but the washer spin cycle is super loud so just be sure you use that machine during the day so aren't disrupting sleep. The top deck is lovely! So nice to have a place to hang out with plenty of chairs. Bathrooms are all very nice, too. I noticed plenty of extra towels, pillows, etc. so we never ran out of anything. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Wonderful house in a great location as advertised! A short walk from the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool and shops.

This property was perfect in location to the beach and pool. The property was not clean and there was mold in the shower on the top floor. The ice maker did not work in both the freezer and the separate ice maker so if you stay here bring extra.

Met our expectations and great location for pool and beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay overall—especially the pool. Our one frustration regards the Seacrest beach, which was rather small and flanked by “private beach” on each side, which we honestly do not understand. Would have been much more enjoyable to be able to spread out and enjoy setting up camp anywhere along the beach, instead of being expected to rent chairs and umbrellas that were crowded in the small Seacrest beach area. The four young ladies spent their time at the beach generally being told they couldn’t set up camp on certain areas because it was “private property “ they just wanted to practice social distancing and relax at the beach, which was only possible if you utilized the “ private” areas. This was a disappointment

Layout of the house worked very well. Two masters with two bunk rooms was ideal for our party of 7. Room to spare. The third floor outdoor living space was great for the evenings. Ice maker in the kitchen was nice to have. Equipped with plenty of pots/pans and utensils. One tip if you’re new to Seacrest. Contact LaDolce Vita well ahead of your trip and rent beach chairs. The self-serve beach area can get crowded quickly.Really enjoyed this house and can’t wait to come back!

Our family stayed and had a wonderul time at Beach Baby Blue over the Memorial Day holiday and the week following. Dealing with the Property Manager is easy and truly a delight. She is very easy to work with and has her processes down. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoors patio on the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again in the future.

We came for thanksgiving week and weren’t disappointed. Our other groups had less than stellar experiences as their properties weren't nearly as stocked and in terrible conditions versus ours was pristine. Beds were a little uncomfortable but that's not unusual as we enjoy our own at home. Texted with the owners and they were prompt..overall wonderful week!

Beach Baby Blue was perfect for our family and friends that came down. The house was clean and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We will definitely be back

Great house and location!

Owner, Ron, is so helpful and takes pride in his lovely property. That aspect makes renters desire to take care of the home as it were a friend’s. The “extra” ( beach, chairs, umbrellas, games etc) make it an easier vacation for those of us who travel a distance.

Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. This property is located close to the pool and the tram stop is located right out the front door!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seacrest Beach! We drove through the night on Friday and arrived early on Saturday. The house was available early Saturday, so Jill and Ron allowed us to check in early. That was amazing since we were tired from the long drive! Ron stopped by when we were checking in and told us so many great tips about the area. When they say the house has supplies, they are not joking. We drove, so we were able to bring beach towels, our own wagon, etc. When we checked in, there is a huge stack of beach towels by the washer and dryer and so many supplies in the kitchen (even a slow cooker!) . There were also many bikes for us to use during our stay. The weather was great and we biked everywhere. My son and husband loved a day biking to Seaside to explore. It was so fun to know that at any time of day there were so many people out walking or biking. It is such a great area. The one thing that we wish we knew ahead of time is that that huge, beautiful pool isn't heated. It was freezing! The staff said it was too expensive to heat and usually warms up by May. We were sad when we found this out because the kids usually love the pool and we really weren't able to use it much. Swimming in the Gulf felt warmer! Other than the pool, we loved everything about our stay. We had almost all of our dinners on the 3rd floor deck. It was so nice to grill out and be outside. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

This house was ideal for our two families to have private space as well as large communal gathering areas for kids and adults to play games and hang out. The house was also easy access to the beach as well as to Alys Beach. We even enjoyed a great night grilling out on the 3rd floor balcony. Such a fun week!

The house has a great location, between Rosemary and Alys, is laid out very well. The third floor deck with grill and large table with ample seating looked awesome. We could not get that outdoor TV to come on but only had good enough weather to sit out there one day so it was not a factor for us although Thanksgiving week is a big football time and we kind of picked the house because of the outdoor living space. We never contacted the owners about it. They did respond when we had trouble with other TV's and wifi. The main TV does not have HD which was odd. Again because it was Thanksgiving, we were watching a lot of games together. There were 10 of us and the house fit us nicely. Was odd that there was no hand soap, dish washing soap, toilet paper, tissues, plastic wraps/foil etc. The glassware was extremely limited, odds and ends not enough for us to set a table with glassware for our group. Those little things were annoying but not deal breakers. We use VRBO a lot and so are very familiar with what to expect in a rental. The bikes were great to have. The house is very well designed. We had a great stay.

It’s all about the small things. We walked in to the house with fully stocked bathrooms (full bottles of shampoo and conditioner), plenty of Beach Towels, a wagon, cooler, bikes, paddlebords, and it goes on. It’s the small things and they matter. We had an initial issue with the Wi-Fi and Ice Maker and the owner Ron was there within two hours and took care of it. A welcome book gave us great ideas on where to eat and be entertained. Thanks Ron! This extended family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a pleasure meeting and talking to you. Thanks for helping make our vacation a great one!
