Cette maison a la sensation la plus étonnante de la maison, du pays, mais est élégante et fonctionnelle. La majorité des meubles ont été construits sur mesure spécialement pour cette maison. Il a un salon / salle à manger spacieux pour accueillir tous nos invités. Vous pouvez regarder l'énorme télévision à écran plat dans le confort et le style. La cuisine est si jolie et fonctionnelle avec des comptoirs en quartz et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Il contient toutes les choses dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer et servir vos repas si vous choisissez de manger dedans. Il y a des tabourets de bar pour s'asseoir sur l'île ainsi qu'une belle table de salle à manger construite sur mesure. Hors de la salle à manger est un patio avec un barbecue et une terrasse. Le maître spacieux est à l'étage principal avec une télévision à écran plat pour en profiter. Il a un lit king size, donc vous pouvez vous étendre et vous détendre. Il a également une grande salle de bain principale avec une double vasque et un dressing. La buanderie est située à l'étage principal pour plus de commodité. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain et un garage double. Le garage contient tous vos jouets pour profiter des activités de plein air à proximité. I took my family (4 young kids) to St. George for the weekend. The Farmhouse was a great stay and would love to stay there again. The community was great and my kids loved the pool! Communication with the management was awesome and overall was a great stay.

The condo was clean, comfortable and felt safe and friendly. We love having a kitchen, bedrooms and privacy. Great location to see all that Washington and St. George has to offer. Staying here eliminated the inconveniences of travel, leaving only the fun!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, and it is always a pleasant stay. The home is clean and well appointed; however, on this most recent stay there were no hangers in the closets. The closets are large, but there are no dressers to store clothing in, so the closets are the only option. This may be an anomaly, as there were a few hangers on previous visits. So just fair warning there, otherwise, we highly recommend staying here.

We liked almost everything about this place. It has a nice kitchen and the bedrooms were open and all had tv’s in them. The living room really needs an update. The furniture kind of feels gross to touch and you can see how worn out on the edges they are. We liked the layout of the living room though. The other thing was parking was bad. The garage only fits one larger SUV and parking is a few condos away if you have two cars. We had another family member pick up food they had to drop it off then go park and walk back. We’ve stayed in St George and paid about the same with lots of parking out in front of the condo. We would stay here again if the couches were updated.

Someone was able to enter the home
This was a really nice place to stay. However after we were gone all day we returned to find someone else had been in the home and left their Wendy’s food bags on the desk. No one was able to tell us how and who. This was nerve racking to say the least.

Overall this property was great and in a nice location. You are a little bit outside of town, but it is a very new area and complex so everything is really nice. The common areas like pool and jacuzzi are very nice and well maintained. The only suggestion I have for this property is that you should install ceiling fans throughout. Other than that it was an excellent choice for our trip.

The bathrooms decor and light fixtures seemed to be very dirty, there was a hand towel in one of the upstairs bathrooms that looked like it had been previously used. There was a bath rug in the downstairs master bath that was dirty and just thrown in the closet. Also, the fridge was clean but I found hair inside when putting our groceries away. I just feel that the cleaning fee for this property was rather high and the house was not up to cleaning standard, especially with Covid on the rise.

Customer service isn’t the greatest
Usually when you book, you get an email confirmation and an email from the property manager with details on your arrival. I had booked two days prior and did not receive an
Email from the property manager and had to call the Red Rock office to have them send it to me the day of. The office lady named Hannah, helped us out but it looked like in her email- she forgot to change the wifi password because we rented the Farmhouse and the password was for the Beachhouse. I was a bit annoyed, because with two teenager girls and one preteen boy- WiFi is a necessity. Either way- I figured out the wifi by looking in the manual they had at the house. It’s really didn’t really matter because the wifi isn’t the greatest and most of the time- I just used my data on my phone which was faster.
When we left, one of my teenager girls forgot her swimsuit in the room and I had emailed the their reservation line and left a voice mail for them to check but no answer.... I finally got hold with someone from their office (after calling them three times) and they took my name and email address, and she said she would email me back if housekeeping finds it but it’s been a week later, and still no response. I get it, it’s Covid and the resources are tight and slow but sheesh, if your going to say you’ll get back, you need to.
Pro: Loved how new and clean the property was but the lack of customer service isn’t the greatest. The cleanliness could had been better, especially in the restroom. Don’t want to be taking a shower, and seeing hair from the person before. Feels like you just showered at the gym and especially in these times. Luckily I bought my Lysol and Clorox wipes and wiped all
High touch point areas and remote controls.
The location is of the property is on the outskirts but that was fine for us- as it was easily right off the highway and best as we went to Bryce and Zion and made things easy that it was right off the highway.
