Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was fine. Fireplace worked well.
The builder or designer of the suites placed the staircase to the loft in an awkward place. You have to duck around it to walk from kitchenette to main sitting area. Could have made bedroom smaller, sitting room larger and include a desk somewhere. The quality of the appliances, the microwave, the lamps, non-working electrical outlets left something to be desired. It would have been nice to have an electric kettle to boil water, not just a keurig for coffee. The TV/DVDs in the room ridiculously complicated. DVD selection at resort not great. [mainly rained while we were there, so that meant indoor options.]
