Reading other bad reviews, I'm sure there'll be a dramatic response from the owner that I'm lying, but feel free to contact me for pics & videos if you would like proof. This was by far the worst stay in my 10 years in booking. From the first contact, the owner was really rude & condescending. He communicates with capitals & a million exclamation marks. He send us 'the rules' at least 5 times in whatsapp & booking. He also reminded us multiple times (not very friendly) to send proof of paying the deposit - which we had already done two days before. For someone so strict about rules & cleaning & deposits, we expected the apartment to be equal to those agreements. This isn't even worth €30 per night. The place was dirty, there were hairs on the matrass, dirty spots in the bathroom, food crumbles in the microwave & NO toiletpaper. As a response to our complaint, the owner offered us a '€10 discount'. It was Christmas Eve, stormy, all the stores were closed, and we didn't have the basics of basics. He didn't ask if we needed something or if we would be fine for the night. Reading the other reviews, I'm pretty sure he takes more than €10 from the previous guests deposit, when things are not according to his rules. So he paid us €10 euro to do the whole cleaning and probably put the rest from the deposit from previous renters in his own account. Besides feeling like we were treated like scum, the place was super noisy due to the wind; there's a constant screaming noise from the window not being wind&sound proof. The springs in the bed are horrible and you feel them with every move you make. Besides that, after more than a week, we had to remind the owner of sending us the deposit, which he didn't send to us in time or according to the agreement. Ofcourse he also didn't apologize, but only gave us a 'it's done this morning''.

La disponibilité et la sympathie de l'hôte. Hébergement très confortable et très bien équipé. Parking aisé et gratuit. Point fort : la piscine.

Der Ausblick vom 7ten Stock auf den Teich vorne raus und den Weitblick nach Zeebrügge ist super vorallem auch bei Nacht. Die Küche hatte alles ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt win Schwimbad im Wohnkomplex (Badekappenpflicht). Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Kostenloses parken am Komplex möglich

Wohnzimmer und Schlafbereich sind ein großer Raum und nur durch eine Schiebetür verschließbar. Störte uns aber kaum es war nur schwierig unsere kleine Tochter eher schlafen zu legen.

The location was nice. View from the balcony was absolutely amazing. Getting the keys was easy.

Well, there was a bad smell in the apartment as soon as we entered. So we had to open the sliding doors of the balcony for a few hours, which resulted in lots of mosquitoes getting in. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You can feel almost all the springs on your body. In my opinion its way past its life and needs to be replaced. The other bed was also not very comfortable. No sheets, towels!! The owner did send us a message informing about it, but it was too late for us to cancel. The owner is extremely uptight about cleaning, and expects you to be a professional cleaner and have it completely ready for the next guest. Deposit was returned but only after me asking for it for days. You can get hotel rooms for around the same price in the area.

The pool was warm and freely available, good for rainy and cold days. Good view and trace.Aldi and Lidl are very close. Close to sea. Playground is close. Perfect for childeren.

It was not a real one-bedroom appartment, the wall separated the room was a curtain. The cleaning was not very good before we arrived.
