Gostamos de tudo. As camas são confortáveis, o hotel é aconchegante, o café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos.

Não há nenhum ponto negativo a destacar.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und hellhörig ( Man konnte im Nebenzimmer jemanden husten hören). Das WLAN hat den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert. Das WLAN im zugehörigen Restaurant funktionierte; darauf hätte man die Gäste auch hinweisen können. Während des Eincheckens wurden wir auch nicht auf die Störung hingewiesen. Wir wollten den zugehörigen Roomservice in Anspruch nehmen und haben morgens das Schild an der Tür befestigt. Dieses wurde jedoch ignoriert. Alles in allem hat hier leider das Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis nicht gestimmt.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

We booked the deluxe room with pool view, and paid significantly more than the regular rooms. However, when we arrived they put us in the regular room the first night and didn’t compensate for the extra money we paid. They gave our room to someone else! The second night they moved us to the correct room (the one we paid for). However, the situation and the extra money spent for nothing was very upsetting, even more because we were in our honeymoon, and didn’t get back the difference in money we paid for the deluxe room.

Una de las personas que nos atendió era amable pero poco servicial, no quiso ayudar en nada de lo que necesitábamos, parecía más enfocada en ahorrarse trabajo que en ayudar a los huéspedes. Las otras personas que nos atendieron si fueron amables y serviciales.

Bonne disposition, cuisine et lingerie accessible. Pratique quand le linga sale s accumule et une partie est mouillée . Bon petit déjeuner et pratique le restaurant dans la cour .

Onwijs vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel!! Het verblijf is verder ook perfect met een goed ontbijt! Daarbij is het schoon, er is een fijn zwembad met mooi uitzicht op de vulkaan(als er geen wolken zijn), mooie uitgebreide keuken, wasmachine, parkeerplaats noem maar op. Aanrader!

Het hotel ligt aan de weg, maar dit heb je helemaal niet door. Alleen maar goed voor de bereikbaarheid.

Nicely decorated. Boutique feel. Small but very personal. Great food. Fantastic choice of 3 breakfasts included. Staff went out of their way.

Rooms were clean. We had a 5 person which worked for our family but would have preferred a pool side location. Kitchenette a good size. Excellent staff, very helpful. Washer and dryer handy!!

There was a very loud group staying while we were, and there was loud building/garden work at 6am. the lighting in the room was poor, the toilet wasn’t working when we arrived, and we were made to pay for small stains on the sheets that would certainly have washed out normally. The room was inspected before we left, and we had to wait for this even though there was a shuttle waiting for us.

How cozy it was to stay! Felt safe as well.

This was a very nice, well-priced accommodation. Nothing fancy, but clean and spacious. We especially liked the fact that there were a lot of different comfortable seating areas to hang out in. Also an outdoors kitchen, fridge etc which we didn't need to use but is great to have. Great breakfast, friendly service. We also booked dinner at the restaurant (reserve a table ahead/at check-in as it is popular) which we very much enjoyed. It is situated on a fairly busy road outside Fortuna but there was no road noise from our rooms (which faced the pool/inner courtyard). I would stay here again - we had a car and I prefer this location to in the town of Fortuna itself.

We thought we came to a 4 star hotel but it was more as a 2 star motel. The room was very small with a very hard mattress on the bed, in the shower you had a choice - cold water or very, very small stream and I mean very small stream impossible to take a shower... the food on breakfast was poor, a place like Costa Rica we expected more fresh fruits. We ordered 4 nights and left after 3 nights.

The pool and the common kitchen was good. The room was decent and the staff was nice. The breakfast was good as well.

No baby cot, the parking can get a bit busy so you may have to park in the street. No towels for the pool and some weird rules.

Hotel Arte Natura exceeded our expectations in every way. It is a true boutique hotel with interesting decor, clean and well-stocked rooms, and unique outdoor spaces. Our family (including our two children) loved the time we spent here and especially enjoyed the covered, fully-equipped, outdoor kitchen and lovely pool area (with stunning views of the volcano). (We also appreciated the use of the washer/dryer!) Its location, just north of La Fortuna town, allowed us to have easy access to all the activities in the area while avoiding the crowded townsite. An extra bonus was that the same family who owns/runs this hotel also owns the amazing pizza restaurant next door (Restaurante y Pizzeria Vagabondo).

Staff really helpful, and helped me to organise a taxi. Contacted me after I left to check if I left something behind. Nice layout, good seating areas and opportunity to do free laundry. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Pizza place next door is really good. About 1km away from central la Fortuna, but on way to hot springs and volcano.

The room was okay and had all the basic amenities that I needed. For the price I paid, I really can't expect too much. It was a budget-friendly option and served its purpose as a place to crash for the night.

The water in the shower wasn't hot enough; there was no hairdryer in the room, and I would have expected more towels.

Breakast was good and the pizzas were excellent at the restaurant. The rooms were OK although a little dark.
