Everything was great but beds a little small not all but one room other then that great stay quiet area nice living room tvs and all

It was a really nice house in a decent enough area the location wasn't to far from everything 9nly issue was that there were still things left over from the previous group that stayed there like 9ld used soap's old food in the fridge other than that it was great

Phil, the owner, seems like a nice guy and I hope this review helps him to improve his customer's experience and his business. The property is spacious with a large deck with a good view. However, it seems like Phil needs some help with making the guests feel comfortable. These are the things that could be better: First thing we notice when we checked in was that there was just half a roll of toilet paper between two bathrooms, so we had to leave right away and get more toilet paper. Phil did apologize for this. The towels/napkins were a assortment of old multicolored left overs. I have never seen this in any property I have stayed at. Clean/fresh white towels would have been nice. Couch in the living room where the TV is located, is ripped. Something, most people won't have in their home. Kitchen microwave was dirty with red stuff splattered all over, seems like it was not cleaned from previous use. Toaster burnt half of the toast, the other half was OK. There were a total of 3 old assorted utensils in the kitchen, only one had a cover. Seemed like something picked up at a yard sale. I had to use a baking pan to cover a frying pan. Salt/pepper shaker was empty. Salt and pepper are the most basic things ins should expect in a kitchen. Sugar was in a plastic bag bought from the store. Coffee container was empty, we had to pick up coffee the first night. Kitchen had a total of three trash bags. Bathroom had no soap/shampoo/bodywash. Luckily we had brought our own soap. Shower did not even have soap caddy or a place on the shower to put the soap. We had to leave it on the shower floor. Shower head height is 5', 6", so even for a short person like me, I had to duck to wash my hair. One of the two towel hangers on the door was missing. Out of the dozen or so vacation rentals, I have stayed in during the past two years, this was the worst experience. I have pictures to prove everything. I hope Phil can fix these things for the next guests.

Great home for our 2 families for our LA trip. Spacious and was in a good neighborhood. It could use some TLC but had the necessities for our stay.

The property is really nice and clean, the vew is great, and has everything you need, for bbq. Or anything you want to cook for your dinner or breakfast, my family is so happy, we definitely come back on ur next travel.

Immaculately clean. The host is excellent and replies for any questions and assistance right away This house is perfect we would love to come back and stay We love the quiet atmosphere and its also close by to the stores and restaurants. Thank you so much Phil !!! You’re such an excellent host.

Biggest issue was bugs my wife came and stayed one night while making the bed the next morning and found small bugs in the bed she did not stay went back home. I primarily stayed there just to sleep while I was in town for a car show. It could’ve been a little cleaner but overall it wasn’t super expensive

My father has a wheelchair so the inside had to be spacious and this was perfect. Nice deck too!

Great location, awesome view, great price. Overall a decent place to stay if you need to be in the area. Great local restaurants.. The house has some updates in process which takes a bit away from the overall stay. I would stay here again for the price.

A great spot for a family close to many LA attractions. Our adult children loved the view and the back patio! House was clean and well stocked.

Not sure why anyone would call this a dump, like a prior reviewer said. The house has very large common areas and a gorgeous back patio/deck with an amazing view, just like in the photos. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with a quick 5 minute drive to stores, restaurants, and pretty much everything you could need. There was some wear and tear, but not not anything that adversely impacted our stay. We had an issue with not getting hot water for showers, and owner offered to call a plumber to resolve. We just turned the water heater up when we needed it, which worked fine. It would be helpful for owner to provide written info on operating appliances, but we eventually figured everything out for ourselves. No issues with towels, either, like some earlier reviews complained of. Would be even better if some sets of glasses & mugs were provided. Communications with owner were prompt and friendly.

The smell alone would have made us ask to cancel immediately, but having prior arrangements at 5 AM we didn’t have the ability to cancel. The fun really began The next night after getting home from a full day at Disneyland. There were no towels in the bathrooms and we had to search around to find those. We did finally find those “towels” in a filthy linen cabinet in the hallway. They, like everything else, smelled and looked like towels that the thrift store would throw out. Black mold in the washing machine and the bathrooms. Cobwebs and spiderwebs everywhere, holes in the walls and doors. Vent fan in the bathroom falling out of the ceiling, stains on the area rugs in the bedroom and front room. Duck tape repair on the floor in the master, rips and tears in the couches and chairs, repaired with packing tape. All of the surfaces were dusty with tacky decor covered in dust as well. The floors were sticky had not been cleaned for some time. I could go on. Just do yourself a favor and do not stay at this pig sty, you’ll thank me for it. I sent pictures to the contact for the place “Phil” asking him if there was any way he would like to try and make it right for us. Instead of even offering an apology, he simply ignored me. 0 stars. STAY AWAY!!

The fridge was broken on arrival. The AC broke during our stay. Mold on shower curtain. House very unclean and in disrepair.

We rented this house for a few nights while visiting family nearby. It was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The back yard and view were amazing and a great place to eat dinner while watching the sunset. Would rent again

A Property to share space with family members. We found all necessary to cook and share meals. The veranda and deck peaceful and refreshing.
