The bath was great and the room was so open and clean, felt very relaxing.

The location is perfect, the staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view through palm trees to the esplanade.

The lifts were very slow and no option of stairs. There was no air conditioning or fans in the bedrooms and it was quite hot.

The room was so spacious, with a fully functioning kitchen, and had beautiful views from the large balcony.

Room was amazing, view excellent. Couch comfy, bed very comfortable, luxury in the bathroom.

Smell of cleaning products, had to air room out to enjoy. The fact that we had to pay for parking on top of room price. Understocked kitchenette. Lack of food prep utensils.

Location was perfect for my 5 minute trip in the morning to the spirit of Tasmania

Could have had more restaurants close by

Location was perfect for our needs, as well as being close to restaurants. Could have done with a better view. As it was a week end and Public Holidays parking was not a problem, but otherwise parking would have cost us an extra $60 which inflates the cost of the accommodation.

THE BED - it was not comfortable at all - felt as if you were about to roll off the edge all the time. The smart TV was not easy to use, but the Channel selection was very good. (Foxtel). The rest of the facilities in the accomodation were excellent, especially the well set-out kitchen.

The rooms were spacious including a good size bathroom and lounge. It was walking distance to our function. It was very quiet and a good size balcony to relax.

The hallways were so hot and stuffy on a very hot summers day, which made waiting for the very slow elevator a bit uncomfortable. The views of the shopping centre car park was disappointing.

Location and views were wonderful!

The room was surprisingly spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and it’s in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it, but just sharing for the attention of the hotel - there was a mark on the bathroom wall which suggested it hadn’t been wiped down and the bathtub still had a bit of hair and a couple of dirty marks in there. The LED lights under the bathroom sink had also fallen off.

Immaculate conditions in a basic apartment on the top floor spa was deep and the tv was well equiped . Bed was two king singles zipped together. Comfy af!!. Perhaps a mini bar , but the bottle shop was across the road so all good .
