Nada, es una mentira lo que está ofertado, el hotel se cae de viejo y de sucio, no se como arriesgan el nombre de la marca de booking con este tipo de lugares que no verifican.

Todo, desde el timbre, está por caerse, literal. La niña que salió en chanclas a abrir la puerta y que es a quien dejan de encargada no tiene idea de cómo resolver problemas, el lugar está sucio hasta una maceta tirada que tenía días en la misma posición.

No me dijeron que venía incluido el desayuno

Las instalaciones tienen muchos detalles, las habitaciones no son tan cómodas y se escucha todo lo de afuera, me sentí un poco molesta porque como se cierra el trámite, me pidieron pagar por adelantado, pero no tenían reportado mi pago.

Como tal todo está bien no hay motivos que me disgustaran

I liked the location. Near to best shopping malls and business centers. Near to good restaurantes. And very secure area.

The floor was under remodeling except my room, so it was a very unpleasant walk to it. Very noisy and dusty due to the construction. Workers left tools and construction material so little dangerous too. And one day, they even blocked the entrance to my room with furniture from the other rooms being worked. Wi-Fi was terrible, it continuously disconnected, so no good for streaming. TV had no cable, so it depended on Wi-Fi that was terrible, and you had to supply your user and password for Netflix and other platforms.

The location was the only thing positive about this place.

The place is SO run-down. I arrive and no one is at the property. I get my room and no toilet paper. The girl that showed me my room said she was going to go get some towels... that never happened. You could hear the girl in the room next to me having LOUD sex. The doors didn't have deadbolts and only a locking door knob. Anyone could use a credit card or something thin to access your belongings. I got very very angry and they ended up giving me money back.

A lot of noise at night inside the hotel, insecure doors, little attention from the staff, very old and noisy mattress. No drinking water.

outdated. room and bathroom furniture in serious decay. reported issue with no running cold water and toilet not working and was never fixed. Pictures in booking misleading . I have never ever stayed in a property where the furniture is so old and restroom is out of service and smelling terrible . they should not be allowed to run this place . period . terrible view from the broken window

Really bad hotel..not a hotel really. A house with drywalls so you hear everything. Location good though

Everything..old mattress that has crease in the middle so you roll, bad used old pillows. No one to receive you. Bad made walls so you hear absolutely everything and loud. No one is ever at the reception or around.

Bed uncomfortable and old, no AC, no noise cancelling for the room, tiny bathroom, too many rules, no 24 service, no food options, no tv signal, advertised as a hotel when its just and old house remodel to rent out rooms, wouldn't go back

The location of the hotel was very convenient for me. The presence (fortunately!) of 2 young housekeepers who do their best to keep this "hotel" moderately functional

The absence of staff, I only saw the desk attendant once and she was only there for 2 hours, there was no one to ask, I felt helpless. The state of the facilities, the room of the p.b very precarious: no air conditioning, poor TV streaming signal, very poor sheets, low water pressure, damp walls

Only the location, but I would make sure your not being mislead like we were why nice fake pictures in the beginning of the booking. it’s trash.

I felt scammed the place was gross, not like the pictures at all. And The hostesses were extremely disrespectful and loud at nights even though we would ask them a few time to please be a little quieter because we are tired and trying to get some rest. You hear people talking and walking across halls, flushing toilets, and showering, like as if they are in your room because the roofs to the rooms are all open to each other.
