Comfy beds, variety of pillow types, soundproof walls and air con… perfect for a good sleep. Lovely and clean hotel, so good I have returned there. Although the gym is small, all works well and is a good layout and good array of equipment and chilled water on tap is a nice touch :)

Very clean and buffet breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view in the morning. Location was perfect it’s literally in the heart of Werribee CBD. Kind Staff they were very helpful

First night I had a shower the drain was blocked and slow to drain so we had to use 1 of the towels to soak up the water that was escaping out of the shower but eventually the water went down and I didn’t know how to use the phones to call reception but the next night the drains were working fine so I’m not sure what happened there

I loved everything about it! I travelled to Melbourne just to attend a wedding at the Werribee Park Mansion, and I flied in and out of Avalon Airport - no need to go to the city, so this Holiday Inn was perfect! 1. It's close to the wedding venue; 2. It's just next to the Skybus Werribee stop on the Avalon-City line; 3. I was able to check in early at around 11am and check out late at 2pm; 4. They have a work zone in the reception lobby for people who need to work after check-out like me, and I could still use their wifi after check-out (they have super fast internet in the room, the reception lobby on level 8, and even the lift lobby on the ground floor!) 6. Staff are so very friendly :) 7. I love the floor-to-ceiling window in the room and the beautiful view!

Arrived early and was able to check in, lovely clean room, fairly quiet and close to where I needed to be. 10/10 customer service from Lolita who was not only helpful but friendly.

Rating not marked down for this: - Faulty room access card, 4 times it failed. Once before going out for the evening, and again three times on return after midnight. Thankfully there was staff on reception 24/7.

I loved the buffet breakfast, great value for money. The rooms were very clean, well set up and comfortable. The beds were quite hard but not too bad to sleep on. I loved the bar/restaurant setup and view, food and beverage staff at the breakfast buffet were very helpful and great.

The room service late night staff were very inefficient (male), had to call us 3 times to advise the ice cream and milkshake we ordered were unavailable. Reception Staff were ok, my client in connecting room 1028 was overcharged 1x person breakfast after we advised reception that there should only be 5x breakfast buffets charged to his room account. These staff seemed confused and not trained very well. Other than that, perfect!

The hotel was easy to get to, with parking on-site (extra $20). Room was comfortable for a one night stay and very clean.

There was no bottled water in the room. For the room price would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water.

the parking is $20 a night and they have a whole level at the property for parking, so I don’t know why it’s so expensive.

The location. The hotel was close to everything. Shops, restaurants etc Room was clean and bright. Staff were very friendly and professional.

My room was facing the Main Street and music/djs playing across the road until 2am made it hard to fall asleep. (It was a Saturday night though)! And not the hotels fault!
