Perfect for cold weather weekend escape from Belgium:) easy to drive in, modern design, decent size of swimming pool, almost no one in gym, very good breakfast & overall tasty restaurant

Paying extra & treasury hunt for bathrobes...seriously? ;) just buy enough & leave at the room

We liked it our room, was really comfortable and clean. We liked a food in a restaurant. Breakfast was amazing.

Customer service when the guys where there non of us liked it. Hard to understand what they say, they didn't explain. Where pretty rood, walking away without saying anything. Gladly shift changed and there was very helpful and polite young woman.

There is nothing wrong or missing in the hotel.

For what one pays, one would expect a bit more than this. There are better hotels like NH hotels. The staff don't show enough attention and did not even calculate the payment correctly.

it looks amazing from the outside

the non smoking room had a bad cigarette stench that the ac and open window couldn’t get out, and we were with two kids. a family room for 4 people, with a bathroom that’s got no door and basically no wall either, open for everyone to see, and impossible to shower in cause the hose on the shower is very short and hard, and the water pressure left our hair with shampoo no matter how long we tried to wash it out. out of hotel’s control, but there was a man staring at my little sister for a long time and she had to leave cause she was so uncomfortable.

fantastic hotel. rooms are massive and very comfortable bed. bathroom is amazing. both bath and big shower. swimming pool area is also great.

the gym did not open till 0700, too late for some to train before breakfast and then go to work!! evening classes in the gym,should not impact hotel guests

Very fast check in / check out process. the hotel is clean , easy to access , parking was easy and the view is amazing , nice heated pool .Room amenties was great. coffee machine for those who enjoy coffee in the morning , spacious room.

the Bathroom didn't have a door , it is kind of intimate room , we stayed there friends not a family or a couple , so it was not comfortable to use the shower and the toilet in gerneral.

The breakfast is really good, buffet style, with lots of options and the chance for fresh omelettes. The rooms have space, a comfortable bed, the bathroom is big, with a tub and a nice spacious shower cabin, to walk in. Parking is available in front of the hotel, plenty of space

The beds are split in the middle, if you bring a partner, this is not comfortable or nice. The hotel is not near many things, you need a car, but you are then close to Brunssum, Heerlen, etc. The AC did not really work, or heated too much, instead of cooling.
