We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week. The condo was quite comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many great spots along Pope avenue. The one drawback is that the pool was not heated this early in March, despite the weather being exceptional and other locations nearby which were heated.

Love the access to beach and shops, wish pool was warmer

Nice area, not real clean but cleaned it ourselves. Construction next door with banging all day starting at 7am by master bedroom. Location kept us happy.

Our time here was wonderful. So close to the beach. Quiet space. Also had a wagon and stuff for the ocean. This was a great trip.

The condo was very nice and a short walk to the beach

My husband and I brought our three young kids and this condo was perfect for us. The bunks and trundle bed were a hit with them and the location was perfect. It was convenient having an elevator for their tired little legs at the end of the day. Coligny park was a very short walk, as was the pool and beach.

We loved being close to all the shops, a park, the pool, restaurants, and the beach! The property itself was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in Beachwood in the past in a different unit and loved the location being walking distance to Coligny and the easy beach access from Beachwood with little ones is wonderful. Very quiet, the master bed was comfortable which is always a plus.

We loved the place! It was me, my husband and our 4 kids. We had plenty of room. The girls loved the bunk beds! Great location. We did have an issue with the water tank beeping but we called and they came and fixed it.

The unit is great! Would like if we did not have to stop at an office for a packet pickup when everything could be sent in an email. Also, there were clothes left in dresser in the master bedroom which we were told to just throw away, so we did that. Also, the shower in the master bedroom leaks and the tub in the other bathroom does not hold water. Other than those minor things, everything was great including the location.

We had four adults and five children on our trip and all fit comfortably in this condo. It was clean, is walking distance to Coligny Plaza, and all photos are accurate. We recommend this condo.

The condo was very clean and had comfortable beds with the exception of the sleeper sofa being very uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well with pans, dishes and utensils needed to prepare some meals and not have to eat out so much. The accessibility to the beach was great and we very much appreciated the availability of a beach wagon stocked with chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and an umbrella! Only things that could be improved were that we were only provided one trash bag for our entire stay, which is impossible with 4 adults, 4 kids and 6 days! There also were no sheets for the sleeper sofa in the condo and we did need to use it. It would have been great to have some beach towels to take to the beach instead of having to buy some. Other than those 3 things it was overall a great place to stay and communication and ease of the whole process was great! Would stay there again.

We’ve rented many condos in this complex and this one did not disappoint. Perfect for our girls trip with kids! The only things I would suggest is more toilet paper, trash bags, and adding some food storage bins or Tupperware to the kitchen

Great place near all the action

3B Beachwood was the perfect place for our family Spring Break getaway! The condo was in the perfect location....oceanside and close to shops and restaurants. Even though it was steps away from Coligny beach, it was a quiet and family friendly location. The condo had all the basic necessities to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the bunk beds for the kids room and on site laundry (although coin laundry was available for those larger loads too). Some items available but not listed in the description include a beach wagon with 1 beach chair and umbrella, some sand toys, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee makers. The check in process was smooth. The condo complex is well secured with key pad entry at the front gate and beach gate, as well as our condo unit (nice not to have to deal with keys!). We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back to Beachwood in the future.

We love HHI and have been vacationing there for over 16 years. We love the S. Forest Beach area near Coligny Plaza. The fall is a perfect time to visit - the beach is warm enough, but not scorching. Early morning bike rides, or any time of the day bike rides, are perfect! You have to rent bikes of you haven't before. It's one of our favorite things about Hilton Head. This condo at Beachwood Place was spacious for our family of six. A well stocked kitchen and plenty of extra towels!

The communication was great from the property manager. The place could use a few more amenities such as spices to cook with and upgraded pots/pans. The place could have been cleaned better. Dead bugs and sand on the floor. The walkway out to the ocean needs repaired as it is heaved up in places. We did enjoy the island and this condo is in a great location.

We had a great stay at this Condo. We have been coming to this area for a number of years as we like the beach area and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo was perfect for us. They also provided a number of beach toys, chairs and a wagon for transporting all of this to the beach, etc… We happen to run into the owner, Kathy, on the last day and she was super nice and went out of her way to assist us with a last minute request. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo for others.

Wonderful condo right on the beach, really couldn’t ask for a better location with easy access to everything on HHI. With a young family we really appreciated the beach wagon and toys and made use of them everyday. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Property is clean and includes everything you would need. Check in and check out super easy. Definitely recommend!

We like to stay in this area. We go yearly and this was our 5th trip to HHI. When we walked into this condo it was disgusting. We went one day just washing the sheets and covers. You could only do a wash or dryer cycle at a time. It took forever. The floors were gross and trash and open food everywhere. I know I paid a cleaning fee but it wasn’t used. This location is also through a property manager company and they are not the nicest. I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it. I tried called the management a few times about the dirtiness and it just rang. Also, a repair company just showed up without us knowing. Just walked in. Ummmmm? Ok?

Our family of 7 loved this place. So close to walk to Coligney Park which is amazing for the kids, and also so close to shops and great restaurants. This place provided beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, sand toys, beach towels and boogie boards so the kids were thrilled. The beach is huge which was great at low tide. The pool was not big but perfect for the afternoon change up swim. Loved the gated private parking too. The bunk bed room was a hit for the kids where they had their own TV and chill space. Kitchen had everything we needed and a lovely gift basket with snacks and a bottle of wine for mama! We ran into the owner and he asked how the place was and told him it was great!! Just happened to ask him if there were more garbage bags since we ran out and he made a run to the store for us and brought them back and dishwasher tabs. Definitely went above our expectations. The place was the Perfect location for the price and we would love to stay here again soon! Thanks for a great experience.

The condo was just as described if not better. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. It was on the beach and a short walk from all the Coligny shops, restaurants, and a fun playground. Robert was easy to reach with an answer to any question. In case you were wondering, as we were, the pool is not heated but the kids jumped in anyway. Also, the washer and dryer are convenient to have in the unit but it is small and you can only wash or dry, one or the other, not both at the same time. There are coin run laundry machines at the end of each hall if you need to run a bigger load or get behind. Overall it was an amazing stay and we hope to return sooner than later.

We spent 3 weeks at Beachwood. Location of condo is excellent. The condo is well equiped & comfortable. Management was very responsive to all questions. Beach is beautiful & walkable to restaurants & coffee shop. Will return.

This place was perfect for our Family Thanksgiving vacation. Awesome spot close to both the shops and right on the beach. I’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our week. There was a small snafu with gate codes but property management was responsive and we worked the issue.

Well placed in the Coligny Plaza area. Minimal walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, the Beach and a small farmers market (Shrimp Guy) across the street. Property was clean (some sand on floor - expected due to being right on the beach). Pool was a great bonus post day on the beach. Initially did not rent a car, due to location of shops, restaurants and beach. Rent a car if able. Uber/lyft is not readily available. Plenty of bath towels, and overall kitchen needs for your stay. Convenience of the washer and dryer was great. Small balcony with drying rack and outdoor celling fan was great as well. Bring or pickup beach towels (they have a cart, chairs, umbrella and other beach supplies) any surface cleaner if you are the type to clean-up after cooking. Had to laugh at some of the comments related to the property manager Robert. If you have a chance to meet him and Julie at the office, please do. He is a character and Julie reels him back in. A bonus was the owner of the property did stop by on Sunday when we were leaving. It was great to see an owner involved in seeing if there are any needs or items that need to be replaced. Stay if you can.

Everything was as listed. Had a great time! Love Beachwood Place- close to everything & beachfront not crowded. Will stay again.

Great location to beach and coligny.

We just stayed in this condo the last 5 nights and had a great time with our two little boys. The location to the beach (especially with having young children) was so nice! Also an easy walk to Coligny. Would definitely stay here again.

It was much better then we expected. Everything went smoothly. Couple minor things could be slightly tweaked but not worth mentioning it…overall great!!!

The good…location (loved the small complex and close proximity to Tiki Bar for drinks and rest room while on beach also really close to restaurants and shopping), layout, decor, clean, plenty of linens supplied The bad…air conditioner in living room dripped water constantly into floor (had to place large bowl to catch it and empty it a couple times a day) from arrival until second maintenance person finally fixed it six days later. The front bedroom air conditioner didn’t cool and was never fixed. Keyless lock quit working half way through our stay…no way to lock door when we left the condo. Never fixed before we checked out. Check in documents had wrong code listed to beach gate. Called property owner numerous times trying to resolve all issues…always ended up with voice mail. Condo is also next to a public beach access, which meant the beach was crowded. Pool is small and had to be closed one day for chemical treatment. Lots of mosquitoes…really bad from pool walking to beach.
