The hotel staff were wonderful!! She helped us get our luggage to the room and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a beautiful room with a balcony. The room was clean and spacious. The parking is also free which was so nice. They also have a wonderful breakfast with a ton of selections to choose from. It was the biggest buffet selection we have seen so far. We did not eat in the restaurant for dinner because it was a little expensive. The restaurant was beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the little glass pots containing individual portions, the huge range of breakfast, the lovely decorations and relaxing atmosphere.
The female waitresses serving in the outside cafe were not very friendly they did seem very happy.
We stayed four nights and the shower gel ran out after two nights. It was not replenished, fortunately we had our own supply.

The hotel that "wow"s you from the moment you check-in, and even before your arrival with the kindness of their customer service.
Taking care of little details is what amased us : the kindness of the staff, the room, the breakfast, the atmosphere and decoration of the hotel.
This hotel gives you a whole satisfying experience that makes us want to come back again and again.

Location is outstanding. Parking next door to hotel. Breakfast was great and we chose the restaurant for dinner and were very pleased. Food and wine selections were great and delicious. Bus to Ravenna Christmas market picked up next door to the hotel...no more than 1 minute away from hotel front door.

It is in the town center (train station behide the hotel). A lot of free parking space. The hotel gave us 1 day free transportation ticket. If you plan to go to Titisee, this place is a good option and you do not need to pay for expensive hotel or parking there. The hotel restaurant closes on Tuesday, so we been called to come get the key before all the staff leaving. The hotel is beautiful and the bed is comfy. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was great, both quality and options)

Lovely hotel in town centre with gorgeous restaurant (expensive!). We were given an individual garage for bikes. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms comfortable

The close proximity to everything was the main thing. The hotel is in what can be considered the town center and Is a good starting point for all activities.
What I found most concerning was the fact that there is no mini fridge in the rooms. There were items we would have loved to purchase (yogurt, Ice cream) to have later as a snack. However, the inability to store such items was a bit of a downer. During the warm or hot summer months, we did ourselves a favor by bringing our own fan, to assist in keeping our room cool.
