Praiano and this property are top notch! Loved our time there and Giovanna was a wonderful host.

One of the best places to stay on earth! Praiano and the area are just incredible, we had a wonderful time here. The studio is great and the terrasse is stunning! Giovanna and Pasquale are very helpful and kind, it was fun talking with them and learn about history of the place. I recommend it all the way!

Both Pasquali & Giovanna were the most gracious and helpful hosts. The property is amazing and has the most breathtaking view. They even help you walk if you can’t!!! Hopefully we will see them again. Thanks for all that you have done for us.

Our four night stay at Pasquale and Giovanna’s studio was perfect. Our goal was to find an accommodation where we could escape the hustle and fully relax in the sun after a couple of weeks of busy honeymoon travel prior. This place was exactly that. We enjoyed some of the local restaurants (highly recommend M’AMA and KASAI) while also cooking a few meals for ourselves. We spent the bulk of our days up on the beautiful deck basking in the sun, enjoying the view and went down to the sea a couple of times to enjoy the poolside restaurant/beach club (IL PIRATA) and to go for a swim. The hosts were fantastic as they were welcoming, arranged a taxi from Praiano to Naples for us and even delivered tiramisu.

The location is perfect, short walk from local shops, restaurants, bars. Gorgeous apartment, perfectly clean and amazing sea views, the facilities were everything we needed! The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful with directions and advice and recommendations, we felt like we were stains in a home away from home! Thank you for having us!

The studio offers everything you could wish for. It was spotless clean which made me feel at home. I loved just spending time at home the view is priceless.

Praeano is a much more manageable place to visit on the Amalfi Coast. Some good restaurants and easy enough to go to Amalfi and Positano. The apartment has a great deck a kitchenette. Spring is a great time to go.

Giovanna & Pasqual are wonderful hosts! The property is in a fantastic location, with an unbelievable panoramic view of the ocean. The apartment has everything you need and if you still need anything, the hosts are very easy to reach and help you. There are lots of steps to the property and all over town. They arent kidding when they recommend less luggage. Parking is free, but far. A grocery store and very good restaurants are within walking distance. It should be noted in the booking about needing to see your passports before booking, as well as paying a daily tourist tax in cash. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this special gem in Praiano.

Hard to put into words the beautiful of Praiano and hospitality of the people there! Giovanna was an exceptional host! Answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The unit was extremely clean and was exactly like the pictures! The views are breathtaking! The location was perfect.. We are very close to a local grocery store and beautiful restaurant's! Our honeymoon was beyond our expectations! We even lost a few lbs from all the walking and stairs! Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

The studio is just the perfect size for a couple and the town of Praiano is just the best town to relax and enjoy yourself. It is centerly located on the coast so it is easy to get anywhere. The view from the patio is "priceless"!

This is a lovely property especially if you like peace and quiet. The only downside was that all the local restaurants required reservations to eat and there are no places where you can just sit and have a beer!

Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at Giovanni’s home. Super clean and a 180 degree view of the ocean.

Owner sent a ton of detailed info before arrived, so when we couldn’t reach her agent, we were still able to get to the apartment. We drove and parking was very difficult to find! There are hills and steps (67 down to the apartment) to climb so pack light!! The view from the terrace is phenomenal and Pasquale (one of the owners) who ended up letting us in, is very sweet! He offered lots of advice for restaurants, the market, scooter rental and other things to do. Praiano is beautiful, quiet and a welcome respite to the busy crowded towns like Amalfi and Positano. Would definitely stay again!!!

My husband and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The studio space was just what we needed with a bed, bathroom, washing machine, a little kitchen area, and a beautiful & expansive balcony with the most spectacular view! Giovanna was incredibly helpful in the days leading up to our stay and then Domenico was the best during our stay! Anytime we messaged him, he responded so quickly. Not only that, but he sent us the bus schedule, a website with recommended things to do, and helped us understand how to get places we were looking for. We loved Praiano so, so much!! The steps up and down to the apartment are not for the faint of heart but the upside is, you get a lot of great exercise! Praiano is quieter, which we liked but just depends on what you want for your stay!

Clean apartment with beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Close to restaurants, mini mart, and scooter rental. The buses run across the coast and Giovanni was very helpful with information on logistics. Our hosts even invited us to dine with them and the food was amazing.

A simple studio apartment with a lovely terrace which has stunning views across the Amalfi Coast during the day and a star filled sky at night. Great communication from the owners and a very warm welcome from Pasquale who is utterly charming. The Amalfi coast is busy, expensive and not always easily accessible but Praiano is a peaceful haven and we were always happy to return to the quiet tranquility of the apartment where we spent many a happy evening on the terrace with a glass of wine. There are lots of good local restaurants to choose from as well as shops and bars. Overall this is a great spot from which to explore all that the area has to offer.

Loved our stay here and felt on top of the world in this super sized studio with stunning views over the bay. Pasquale and Giovanni were absolutely delightful, so friendly and so informative. This is the perfect place to rest and relax away from all the crowds yet easily accessible with buses and ferry all just a short stroll away as well as lovely restaurants and magnificent beach. We just lloved it and didn’t want to go home!!! Would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts made us very welcome and were keen to assist us in settling in. The view from the terrace is as stunning as in the pictures and it really felt special. Parking is limited and the coast road is challenging for nervous drivers. However, the bus services are good which takes away the stress. Be prepared for lots of steps both to access the property and to explore Praiano.

Between Positano and Amalfi, this is a fabulous place for a couple to stay, slightly out of the crowds. The balcony is uniquely well positioned, truly perfect for undisturbed appreciation of day and night views on the most beautiful coastline. The apartment is charming, with air con too. The 68 access steps down to the apartment are not that difficult, taking a couple of days to adjust to. Involuntary exercise is the best sort. The locals have no problems with such things, really admirable. We hired a scooter to get around but there are buses if you prefer. Our hire car was mostly unused, parking being quite hard to find for visitors. There is a nearby supermarket and a delightful restaurant (La Moressa) in walking distance. We scooted to neighbouring towns including Ravello (lovely gardens) and Bomerano (Path of the Gods) in the hills. A day trip by car to Vesuvius and the ruins of Pompei and Herculaneum was magical. We went by ferry to Capri and were blown away by the beauty of the blue grotto! Hosted in our case by Pasquale, we had a really happy visit of a life time and would go back. The lack of a fifth star is solely because the mattress in this truly delightful apartment was very hard in our experience and we had to improvise to soften it. This is completely outweighed by the wonderful experience but cannot be denied. Thank you so much. Loved it!

We had the most amazing week in the Amalfi coast and much of this was due to the perfect studio in Praiano with its breathtaking views. It is the ideal base for exploring the nearby towns and attractions. What makes the place so special is the warm welcome of the incredible hosts Giovanna and Pasquale who made us feel like family :) Their recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were all ideal. Praiano typically for the Amalfi Coast has lots of steps and steep slopes and to get anywhere on foot you need to be fairly fit and resilient! You leave with much more toned calf muscles! Local bus transport is cheap and there is an excellent service along the coast so unless you have nerves of steel and enjoy driving around hairpin bends there is no need for car hire. Praiano is within easy access of the main Amalfi Coast towns so you can dip in and out of the hustle and bustle as you wish. The scenery is breathtaking - Ravello and Positano in particular are not to be missed. The location also enables day trips to Capri, Sorrento, Pompei and Vesuvius. We would highly recommend this apartment, Praiano and the Amalfi Coast for an unforgettable holiday - enjoy!!

Loved every minute of our stay here! Our hosts, Giovanna and Pasquale, were so welcoming and their beautiful apartment with its magnificent view was breathtaking. After busy days exploring the Amalfi coast to come back to the tranquility of this apartment with its views was indeed a blessing!

Me and my fiance had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful apartment in Praiano in January. Sisina and Giovanna are great hosts. Sisina is very sweet and gave us all the information we needed. We had everything we could have asked for.. a kitchen, a view, a perfect location and most of all, peace and quiet. There are a nice set of stairs you have to use to access this property but it is nothing in comparison to accessing some of the other areas of this region. We love to hike so we were able to access The Path of the Gods and Monte Tre Calli from this location.. just a heads up this includes several stairs but the views are worth it! We would love to return in the fall or spring, even in January we had spring weather. What a special place, thank you for a memorable time. We will be back!! Jessica and Dain

Nicely presented apartment for two, comfortable with all the amenities you need on a holiday, beautiful views, lovely large sunbathing/eating area. A very relaxing holiday although you definitely need to be able to do steps/walking! Pasquale was a brilliant host

The view speaks for itself. I don't know if you'll ever find a better view-to-cost ratio anywhere in the world! The positioning of the deck is perfect for catching sun from sunrise to sunset. If I could, I would rate this studio itself as a 3.5/5 or average. Just having the deck makes the whole unit a steal. The town of Praiano truly is a gem. The nearby market was lovely, with affordable pasta/bread/cheese/meats and €2.50 bottles of wine! La Moressa is a few steps away where we had probably the best Aperol spritz of our entire Italy trip (and that's saying something!). The bus stop is very close with easy access to Amalfi and Positano. As for the flat itself it leaves a little bit to be desired. The beds are VERY firm; definitely the most uncomfortable of our trip 19-day trip. The listing also advertises a king bed, when actually it is two twin beds pushed together. The wifi is very spotty. I had to frequently reboot the router and for our last 24 hours, it didn't work at all. If we hadn't planned ahead, this would have been a major inconvenience. Additionally, there wasn't much for basic amenities as the flat didn't have beach towels, toiletries, washing machine detergent or a microwave. Lastly, there is a €50 cleaning fee, €20 euro "utilities" fee, and €1/day local tax per person fee that is not advertised so please be aware of that. While I understand the tax, I found this very misleading and unfair, especially since no one came to clean the unit during our 5-night stay. If you are okay with the deficiencies described above and looking for a very basic place to stay with an amazing view then do not hesitate to book!

Loved the flat. Loved Praiano. The view from the terrace of this place is amazing. It could not be more spectacular. My wife and I used this place as our base to explore the Amalfi coast for 11 days. We took many long hikes from Praiano and when we wanted to venture out a little further, the SITA bus system was very easy to use with frequent buses so there was no need for a car. We often went to the small markets, the butcher, the fish market etc..and then prepared dinner in the flat. Good local, yet very inexpensive wine and wonderful meats and cheeses were readily available. The people of the area are some of the friendliest we have ever encountered and we felt very welcome even though we were there at a time when there were very few tourists. Giovanna was a pleasure to communicate with. She was always responsive and very helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Immaculate and well-appointed studio, with a terrace looking on to a spectacular view. We had incredible sunny warm weather for February. Praiano is ideal for exploring the Amalfi coast- 15 minutes from Positano and about 25 from Amalfi. The car parking spaces are a short walk from the flat, and plentiful. Couldn't have been better- one of our favourite holidays ever!
