the property was extremely clean, the pool was excellent and ALL the staff were more than helpful

Two ladies that welcomed us and wished us a happy anniversary were WONDERFUL. I believe they were Mimsy and Lydia? Lovely people. The fellow the night before was not very communicative - or helpful. The pool is excellent -

Our room - we were given the worst location - a room on the lower floor, next to the kitchen and with ZERO privacy from the breakfast area. We had to keep our curtains drawn all through our visit. We reserved months in advance and told the staff of our 25th anniversary. When I asked the Asian gent upon check in if they had an alternate room upstairs, he answered: "NO. You have the last room...fully booked." Then, he told me to leave my car where it was - ten minutes later he told me to move it. Parking is nearly impossible on the property. Our reservation detailed two bathrobes in the room. There were none. When I asked for them, I was told they were by special request only. So I said: "..ok, I request them. We reserved and they were part of the reservation..." We received the bathrobes, but ...special request? The ONLY redeeming factor was the kindness of the two ladies mentioned before. hey should be the model for a better customer service and property...again, they were wonderful. Breakfast was passable...the coffee, poor.

room did not have drawers for clothes, there was a closet for hanging but had to keep other clothes in suitcase.

Cosy, nice atmosphere, great staff, swimming-pool and style is great.

This is a small, well run hotel who provided a comfortable and restful experience. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful

The location is great, Staff is very friendly and great. the Hotel was great. 10 out of 10. Will com back there most definitely. thank you all for your hospitality.
