What a great house!! Rented for 4th of July weekend and it was a quick bike to all the festivities but just far enough away that it was quiet and great neighborhood. Brad is an amazing host! We will definitely stay again!

Brad has a great spot here for a dual family meet up or even a bunch of friends. We loved the set up and all the amenities like the back yard games and hot tub. It’s a great location too and close to everything.

Great rental. House is easily walkable to downtown and house has everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation in Traverse City! The house was spacious and clean and stocked with everything we needed, and more. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio and the basement bar/hangout area. Brad was communicative and helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This house was awesome for the three of us and our dog. Brad was an excellent host and was easy to get a hold of if needed. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of all the VRBOs we’ve rented and the deck was cozy during our summer stay. We will definitely be back! We walked downtown several times (we are avid walkers, it’s about a 15-20 min walk from downtown)

My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. The fenced-in yard was a bonus perk for my dog! The place was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was in a great location--just under 1 mi from nearly everything.

Brad’s house is amazing. Probably the nicest short term rental I’ve stayed in. It has everything you need. Location is also great - close to downtown Traverse City. Brad was very attentive too. Highly recommended

We rented this house for our groomsmen the weekend of our wedding and it was great! Very clean, lots of space for everyone, the backyard was perfect for us to hang out and play yard games when everyone got into town. Overall we are really happy that we rented it!

The house was really cool and unique - lots of cool decor. The outdoor area is PERFECT - the deck is amazing as-is the hot tub and the yard. Super great for hanging out. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths were also perfect for our group. Not walkable to downtown like I had originally thought, but not far and we made it work! Would def recommend staying here.

This nice house in the city of Traverse was what we were hoping for. Brad was a great host and the details were just as stated. Clean and many items to do as a family. The yard games and the hot tub were great additions when we were not walking the town. Brads place is located walking distance to Downtown, The Beach, grocery store and much more. The check-in process was super easy and Brad had great communication whole time. It rained often on our trip so having the basement bar area was a huge bonus. Plus we brought along our dogs who had a great backyard to play while we sat in the hot tub and ate outside. Grill was fantastic. Not one thing we would of changed or asked of Brad. You’d be silly not to book this place.

Never having done a VRBO before, was totally impressed with our stay. Brad, the host was easy to communicate with and had the property in excellent shape. We loved everything about it from the location, décor, to the supply of "essentials" in the house. The backyard and deck was our favorite and we spent every evening out on it playing lawn games, hot tubbing and relaxing. Since dining in TC can be difficult to get into a restaurant, having Meijer nearby and a grill made for some enjoyable backyard dinners. The basement is very inviting and has lots of personality and space. Very unique, loved it! The weather was too nice for us to spend any real time there though. Maybe this winter or fall we will be back and spend more time down there. Can't say enough about the quality of everything in the home, everything was perfect. Can't think of a single thing we could have wished for. Thank you Brad for letting us use your home!

This property is fantastic for families or a fun girls/guys weekend away. The hot tub was VERY clean and was enjoyed by all.
