Super Hotel.
Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, Bus 3, mit dem man in ca. 10 Minuten ohne Probleme in der Innenstadt. Der Bus ist im ca. 15 Minuten-Takt unterwegs und fährt sogar relativ spät.
Bei Check-In wurden wir freundlich empfangen.
Unser Zimmer war auf dem neusten Stand, große Dusche, schönes Bad, schöne Zimmer.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Zum Frühstücksbuffet kann man frische Spiegeleier mit Bacon oder Rührei mit Bacon bestellen, die für einen en minute zubereitet wird.
Sensationell. Frühstück kostet 12 Euro und bietet neben oben Erwähnten, die Klassiker wie, Wurst, Käse, Honig, Brätchen, Toast, Müsli, Joghurt, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Butter usw.
Es gibt auch eine Automat mit einer kleinen Auswahl an gekühlten Getränken zu einem sehr fairen Preis!
Kleines Wasser, 1 Euro.
Also…gutes Hotel zu. Guten Preis!

Goede waarde voor de prijs. Vorige reviews spreken over vergane glorie, maar er wordt volgens mij hard gewerkt aan vernieuwing. Mijn bed was nieuw, de badkamer was nieuw, de muren en ornamenten waren nieuw.
Enig jammer was dat in de avond het warme water op was. In de ochtend wel goed.

Excellent value for money.
Having to carry our stuff to the 3rd floor after a long day's journey, but we knew there was no lift so this is not a complaint just a mention of the only thing we didn't like.

Very clean room, the bathroom had very nice lightning and the shower was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful.

My second time here and perfect for stopovers..the location even though not a big city has various restaurants offering delivery till midnight! The rooms had kitchen too

Hotel is under construction, but the common areas are just dirty. I understand the are going through some renovations, but it would not hurt to do some basic cleaning in some areas. To remove the dirty bedding ,some trash ect. The owners do not care. You can hear literally
everything, lots of construction workers living there, and they are loud and drinking. At the reception woking bunch of kíds. It is not safe und not realiable
. Luck of safety, basic hygine in the common area, food is greasy, constant noise, smell in the room, broken furniture, horrible pillow- this is not the whole list ....
The Staff leaves at 20 00 and then the hotel is living its own life, noise is constant, at nicht, early morning , evenings. I would never stay or this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

We arrived at the hotel and there was no one there, the door was locked and we could not gain access. The phone went straight to answer phone so we were not anle to contact anyone !! We went into pforzheim and booked a room for two nights at extra expense at the Ibis Styles ! The next day I recieved a message from yourselves stating the hotel was unmanned and access was to be gained through the use of a keysafe and a card !!! This was totally unacceptable THE DAY AFTER WE ARRIVED ! I would ask and expect a full refund due to extremely poor service but I doubt it will be forthcoming! Next time we come to Pforzheim we will not be using the Gala Hotel and I will personally advise anyone who asks me that your hotel is not a good place to stay !

The room itself was lovely. Just thin walls
The scaffolding on the stairs that we had to walk through. The noise the heating made all night. The people in the rooms next to us talking until 2 & then being woken at 7 by their friends asking for cars to be moved

Large room, newly laid carpet. Bathroom was very modern and clean. Staff helpful, did us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early start.
Far too many stairs. It was down a couple of flights from the car parking space at the rear of the hotel then up several flights to the 3rd floor room. Our original room was up small wooden staircase in the attic area. We said this was too many stairs so we're given a room on the 3rd floor instead. The hotel could benefit from having a lift installed..

lots of noise outside, the area seemed a bit...idk I didn't want to park my car there. it's dirty outside but the hotel itself is very clean!

Very spacious room. Very good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and they message dus to explain where keys would.be. good value for money.
One of the bedrooms was missing a curtain/blind which effected our sleep.

Very hot inside the room, no fan. Very noisy as it is on the road. Bad smell in the fridge.
