Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage um mit der S8 die Innenstadt von München zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage und draußen. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlicher Bedienung. Im Hotel sehr nettes Personal mit nur einer Einschränkung, siehe unten.

Die Dame am Empfang hatte wohl bei unserer Anreise einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Nach einem kurzen "guten Tag" kam nur noch "füllen sie bitte das Formular aus". Auch auf unsere anschließenden Fragen reagierte sie etwas genervt. Schade. Deshalb bei Personal nicht die Bestnote.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier sollte einmal renoviert werden. Zum Frühstück sollte nach dreimal nachfragen der Kaffee da sein! Schade, dass es auch nur eine Sorte Weizenbrötchen gab. Die Kleiderschränke sollte man innen einmal im Jahr auswischen, so dass man seine Kleidung nicht verstauben muss. Nachts gab es von außen ein Dauergeräusch, sehr nervig und gleich nebenan ne Baustelle, die ab 7:00Uhr ordentlich bebaut wurde🙈.

Good location and good value for money. Parking is very handy. Access to restaurant with very good food. Nice to have a large balcony in the room. Staff very friendly.

Moss on the balcony, could have been cleaned up for a nicer experience. Roof is leaking in breakfast room - water was dropping onto me. Breakfast could be better also - very limited options (but you get what you pay for).

The ambience of the place was very nice and there was a lot of greenery around the property, easy access to the Ismaning S-Bahn station. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Due to the heat we had asked for a table fan which they provided and it made the heat more bearable. The beds were comfortable, and there were adequate electrical sockets around the room. The Sauna was clean and neat and we had a good experience using it. They also had a jacuzzi and aroma-therapy rooms which we did not use.

The rooms did not have good ventilation and we felt very stuffy due to the ongoing heat wave. The hotel provided us with a fan on request to help. The breakfast spread did not have many vegetarian/vegan options. The toilet paper was very thin and uncomfortable to use.

Very friendly staff

Munich and its surrounds were very busy in the week I travelled. I had wanted to stay in Garching but there was no availability so I ended up at this hotel which was extremely clean and tidy and located by a park which was great for a stroll on arrival. The breakfast offered an excellent selection.

I ordered a taxi the night before but was told in the morning that there were no taxis and I would have to catch a bus. I asked how I could pay on the bus and was told 'I don't know'. The bus was actually very convenient (and the driver let me travel for free as he couldn't/wouldn't take my 10 Euro note) and I wish I had been told the night before that it was the better option. Both receptionists were quite abrupt, and not very helpful.

Decent accomodation, relatively close to Ismaning bahnhof and the offices on Adelpolstrasse. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were nice too. Overall I recommend this for business travellers.

Breakfast, although decent, could do with a more wider spread.

Large family suite with two separate rooms. Good breakfast with warm omelette, sausages, bacon, fresh squeezed oranges and free to use coffee machine. Smart TV with Netflix app. Air conditioning and heating with thermostat. Nice 60C finnish sauna and delightful jacuzzi, lockers with disposable shoes and dry bags. Several useful comfort cosmetics. Nice restaurant with local food.

Low quality of provided cosmetics, such as shaving kit. Poor choice of breakfast sweets or pastry, not replenished once they were taken by previous guests. Several cut fruits were not eatable. Overall a bit dated, with low quality items and not working sauna options. Not living fully up to our expectations given the price paid (160Euro/night).

Good breakfast

The room was 161 first floor over the restaurant an party facility. It was terribly noisy until 12:30 am. When, they finally closed the kitchen and finished slamming pots and pans I went to sleep. This a bait and switch setup. Just avoid this hotel you will be much happier if you do.

Decent hotel in very nice area. It can be a good base for visitng Munich, if you don't want to stay in crowdy city center. Very nice and helpfull staff. Great thing was that when we were leaving very early morning and couldn't come to breakfast hotel prepared great breakfast boxes for us all, with great sandwiches, fruits and someting sweet - it was really delicious. Clean rooms.

Family room had very basic equipment. Enough to spend one or two nights, but for longer period can be a problem. Bit old desing (mater of taste).

The 4* hotel is not equipped with a refrigerator.

Bathroom is updated.

The hotel looks a little dated, but it provides a clean room, a good night of sleep and a very decent breakfast. There is enough parking space to park your car ... I was a little worried at first not having two beds - no pictures of a second bed of the family were provided - so I mailed them. They got back very fast, confirming the two beds. A ten-minute drive from the freeway, easy to find and easy to leave... however, this is not the typical stay for a one-night sleep after a long car drive. It's pretty close to the Allianz Arena (10 minutes drive)

Like I said, the hotel looks a little dated, but after a day of driving, all you need is a clean room and a good bed for a good night of sleep. I did not consider the waitress to be very friendly, after spending 10 hours in the car that's a bummer. Not even trying a word of English, so I had to rely on my own some rusty German, but even then she was not even trying. The restaurant only serves typical Bavarian dishes, no harm in that, but if you want a more diverse menu... I would suggest picking another restaurant.
