The cleaning product or the bedding caused me to break out. Not sure what or why but I had a rash after leaving the facility.
I loved the welcome name on the television .. the room looked clean and the towels and bathroom were clean. but they were not soft .. they were a little stiff. The bedding was clean but it seemed to have had something in it that broke my skin into a rash

The room was spacious, clean and beds were super comfy. Nice breakfast, outside patios, quiet pool area and great location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Love the spacious and very clean room! There’s so many shelves, great lighting, comfy beds, nice closet and extra nice kitchen area. Having the couch and sitting area makes it feel so homey. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff were so friendly and helpful. Love the location being so close to a restaurant (Johnny Lukes which is great and within walking distance) and the hotel is only about a mile from UNCW which is so convenient for visiting our daughter there.

My husdand burned a corndog in the microwave. It had a lot of smoke. Enought that the Fire Department responed. My 6 year old was with her and she is ashmatric . After we ( me and her) let the room she coughed really bad. I had to call up to the room for her inhaler. One of the fireman asked if I needed the ambulance called, but I decline. Once she used her inhaler she stop coughing. But we were made to stay the rest of our stay with you in that room that smelled like smoke. My 6 year started having headaches and I became very nauseous and throwing up.
Moved us to another room. I understand it was my husband who caused the problem but we should have been moved.

So clean and perfect location for us! This is our third time staying here and as always, the staff has been super friendly and helpful.
Aside from some broken glass in the parking lot and our key the morning of checkout stopped working at 8:30.

Excellent location - close to UNCW, nice restaurants like Johnny Luke’s next door. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, had a nice tv, big bathroom and kitchenette. Staff were helpful and friendly and there’s plenty of parking. We like the side entrances and plenty of ice machines. Had variety of choices for breakfast.

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times and have never had a bad experience, plenty of place to eat with in walking distance and not far from beach access,you dont have to pay to park on property which is nice because you have to pay to park every where else .

I love the last minute accommodation, the room was clean and inviting.
I loved everything except the noisy children upstairs at midnight that I had to call the front desk about three different times. The last time I called down I told her my next call will be to the police.

Very nice and clean. It was definitely a new property, nothing old and ran-down.
I think the location isn’t the best. If you’re coming back from Wrightsville Beach you have to make a u-turn to get back each time with heavy traffic coming your way. Or when leaving you have to make a u-turn to go the other direction on market street.
I agree with some of the others about breakfast. There could be a few more quality items there. I don’t think a place like this should be using a cheap synthetic orange juice and low grade stale cereals for breakfast. Hilton brings in enough revenue to provide a better quality experience.

Amazing Place, The People there was all very nice Check in was Great and location was only 10 mins from the Beach Food was good, Beds was amazing, The outdoor Sitting Area was so nice and Peaceful ….The Best Person ever was YESICA S. she was so friendly and so helpful with everything loved her Attitude and Respectfulness no Matter what i came up to her for Multiple days she jump right on it and Had it Handled
No room Service unless you was there for more then 5 days and that was little Disappointing, Now they did offer anything you needed to please come up front and ask and they would get it right away. The only other thing was they only offered 2% White milk so I had to go to store and get Chocolate Milk for my kids because they don't drink regular Milk, Also it would be Nice to offer some Meats for Breakfast like Sausage or Bacon and plain eggs Some people don't want something in there egg every day
