Nothing. It all started off really bad. When we arrived at the building where the apartment is, the elevator was broken. Some residents reported that this is normal, it's always broken, so we had to walk. Finally, when we arrived at the apartment, the situation was horrible. The bathrooms were dirty, the towels were super old and hard and completely unwashed. When we got to the bedrooms, the bedclothes hadn't been washed. They smelled bad, as if someone had just had sex on them, and there was pubic hair everywhere. It was a horrible feeling. We had to put everything in the washing machine and wait until 3 a.m. for it to dry. The next day, the property managers lied and said they would send someone to fix all the problems, but no one came. The toilet flush was broken and leaking, the showers were clogged and there was barely any water coming out. The kitchen cabinets are super old and some of them didn't even have a door. The next day, when we got in the elevator, it smelled incredibly bad because there was dog piss all over it. The walls of the apartment were all dirty and peeling, completely different from what they were. We had seen it in the ad, it was a horrible experience, we were deceived by the price which was relatively good, but it was horrible, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Property was located to all the things you need. It is about 15-20 minutes to Disney (if you take the back way in). Pool was nice but occasionally felt like bath water (it was extremely hot while we were there)

They cabinet in the kitchen was missing a door, the washer and dryer were extremely loud, the bathroom shower drain did not drain well plus there was mold on the ceiling, the residents above us sounded like elephants at 3am, walked in the elevators to find dog urine sitting there that no one cleaned up, burn holes in the carpets, no covers on the outlets, missing knobs on the closet, flood splattered on ceiling and stains on the curtains.

The hot tub was broken, and the walls were dirty, and floor was dirty.

The location.

The place was not very clean, we were not provided with any face clothes, or laundry detergent. The water pressure in the master bathroom was extremely poor that my husband and I had to use the guest shower, which wasn’t much better. The place smelled and it needed paint touch ups everywhere. Also, not even 10 minutes after checking in a man arrived to fix a closet door and we were not notified by the owners that anyone would be stopping by.
