Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. En este caso me asignaron una habitación adaptada para personas con discapacidad y es cierto que algunas cosas no eran cómodas, como la altura de la pica ya que era un poco baja, pero en general bien. No obstante, para nada compensa lo mal que se duerme por el rudio.

Es imposible dormir bien. Todas las habitaciones tienen, según me dijeron, una máquina para quitar la humedad del aire. El ruido que hace esta máquina es insoportable. Es como si estuviesen haciendo obras. Hasta notas la vibración en la mesa mientras comes o en la silla cuando estás sentado. Una verdadera tortura. Me despertaba varias veces por la noche debido al ruido, es realmente incomprensible. Tube el mismo problema en mi primera estancia y pedí un cambio de habitación. Seguía haciendo ruido pero por lo menos no me despertaba por la noche así que decidí repetir hotel en mi siguiente estancia. Esta vez no. Me enseñaron otra habitación y era lo mismo. Pedí que viniese por favor un técnico para revisarlo y no vino. Pedí que apagaran el aparato y me dijeron que no podían (¿No se puede apagar un aparato eléctrico?). Además se veían bastante molestos con mis peticiones. Pedí a la persona de recepción que por favor viniese ella misma o alguien del hotel a revisarlo y nada. Jamás volveré a este hotel y no recomiendo a nadie que lo haga.

Quiet surroundings, hot tub, gym and breakfast included were great, polite personel.

The room was noisy due to air conditioning making lots of noises. It probably needs maintenance. Also in the room there a washing machine, but not even a single washing machine tablet, neither a pen.

It's very clean, the beds were comfy, staff was excellent. Nestled in The Woodlands so lots of activities.

They would not take my card because of the bank that it’s through. Never have had an issue before with any other hotels. They need to post that on their website and on booking.com not surprise their customers once they are there and left with no where else to go.

Breakfast was great, location perfect for staying away from Houston city congestion, close to many great restaurants

Location is excellent. The hotel, my room, and all the amenities were clean and in good condition.

The air conditioner in my room was quite noisy, I felt like I ride on a freight train. My phone's noise level app registered 71db. Additionally, there was a significant vibration from the unit. The receptionist couldn't switch our room as all one-bedroom options were occupied. Earplugs did help reduce the noise, but we still suffered from the vibration. The breakfast was the same every day. No variety. No pancakes or waffles offered. The oatmeal was very watery.
