The location

The property management team said they would be out to fix the air conditioning unit and no one ever came out. The BBQ grill was disgusting !! They said that it was private property and they didn't think they needed to clean it although it was part of the package. All I kept getting was robot return texts even when I sent 2-3 messages that the air conditioning unit NEVER shut off or never got cool enough. I set it to 67 when we left on Monday morning to go to the park and it was on 86 when we returned at 7pm. I had to get fans out of the closet to blow cool outdoor air in the house at night. They said that garbage gets picked up on Wednesdays but when we arrived on Friday , the 2 garbage cans in the garage were overflowing and there were 2 huge bags next to the cans so by the time we left the basement smelled like trash. Booking.com said there was satellite TV but Vacasa's add just stated they had TV but didn't tell you to bring a firestick. There was a firestick in one of the TV's but it didn't work. Horrible representation !
