Location and price were good

Could use some repairs and up dates. The bed is a Murphy bed and it’s not very comfortable a closet door need to be fixed and the door handle to bathroom needs to be tightened.

The location, staff, and the property value.

The couch was a little uncomfortable at times but not terrible.

good location close to Winter Park

dated, beds aren’t particularly comfortable. The unit is up a steep hill, that when snow packed, a rear wheel drive car will not be able to get up.

The location was very nice. The apartment needed to be taken care of better...cleaning and having the appliances working.

The Stove had a burner that one of the coils was severed, no sauce pans, someone had unplugged the garbage disposal, the dishwasher was broken-full of water- and leaking, there were chunks of grease on the carpet-has to cover them with a towel so it would be tracked on the rest of the carpet, the sleeper sofa was broken...the rest of the issues were minor...light bulb missing, someone had disconnected the television/cable.

did not receive lock box code in timely manner. Had to call.

It was close to everything.

TV didn't work. Couch was tattered. Bed could be a little more comfortable.

easy to get in

they were supposed to e-mail me the code a day before, but I had to call while driving to get it. I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time to talk to someone, they will not answer text or e-mail.

location

the pillows are from the 80’s. worst pillows I have I used ever. in such a small place that was over $400 a night I would have expected at least pillows from this decade. we also could not get in - the deadbolt would not turn, the key got stuck & ultimately broke off in the lock. was to be replaced next day. never was.
