A lot of house for the price, especially liked the wrap around deck to enjoy the lake views and beautiful sunsets.

the mattress in the master bedroom was too soft and we kept into the middle. Otherwise it was a great house

In spite of statement regarding “no pets” pet hair was present in in the home. A family member with us is highly allergic to pet hair and we were forced to leave.

Location was perfect! Property was equipped with all of our needs.

There was a constant drip in the master shower. However, it did not ruin our stay. Not that anyone could’ve done anything about it, but the wind while we were there was very strong. :-)

The house was wonderful and I would definitely rent again. We were there to attend the Spartan Races so the location was great for Downtown dining and shopping and close to True Grit Ranch where the races were held. It was great for our family to be together since we are several states apart and could be in one place together at the same time. The place was very clean and we appreciate being able to get in a little before 4 pm. Plenty of clean towels, kitchen appliances and I believe everything was in working order. The fall decorations were a very nice touch. I also liked Kurt with his immediate responses to my questions about directions and he was there for me the whole weekend!

The mattress in the first bedroom was wet. It did not smell. The lower half of mattress was wet and bedding was wetter. We washed mattress pad, sheets and bedspread hung outside to dry. The mattress was dry enough to sleep on Saturday night. However, the quest for that room slept on upper half Friday night. Also, in the master tub when you turn on the faucet, the water starts leaking from the base of both handles and faucet it self. I had to place towels to keep water from reaching the floor. The microwave made noises so that should be checked out. You probably already now this, but the entrance gate for quest check-in is extremely busy. Indian Harbor must be a popular place especially in the summer.

There was a lot of poop on the yard I'm guessing ducks but it was dried out could have been cleaned up

Wonderful location. Great communication with owner.

Only improvement we could think of would be better stairs or steps to get back on shore or deck from the lake.
