We had the best stay here! The pool and backyard were amazing, super clean plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The kids had a blast with the yard games. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything down to the smallest detail to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of towels which is so rare, the tv's were easy to use and we didn't have to mess with our own logins to watch good tv. We felt at home and were so sad to leave. Beth was great to communicate with and had a binder/book with all the information you need to make it a perfect stay. We will definitely be staying here again and again!

Was visiting Arizona with my 2 sons to spend time with their Grandma and needed a 3 bedroom house with a pool. I looked at many other houses and read all the reviews and decided on Beth and Johnâs beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise. Beth communicated before our stay, during our stay to be sure we were all situated and happy, and even texted me the day we were leaving to warn me about commute traffic. I canât say enough about the house it was so clean and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable time. The kitchen is so well set up with everything a family would need to cook meals. The pool was clean and sparkly and the pool guy showed up to clean it. Bathrooms were spotless and had all the essentials. Everything worked great including the air conditioning with an automated system that kept it the perfect temperature inside. Beth and John have made their lovely home into a wonderful place for us to enjoy and I HIGHLY recommend this property to future renters. Thank you for making my mother/son trip so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this property to our friends and family.

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close and convenient to everything in surprise Arizona. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The pool area saved us, because the weather was in the high 90s to 100 and it was also comfortable with all the chairs. And the covered table. If we come back to Phoenix, we would definitely look at this property again. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you John and Beth for providing this with a great vacation home.

What a wonderful home! This is our first VRBO home rental so we are complete newbies. Beth was amazing and made the process seamless. The property was beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks to take long walks and enjoy the area. The home was fully stocked with everything you need and plenty of towels for the pool. The patio and pool were very nice and the pool warm and clean, we fully enjoyed it even when it was 60 degrees out! There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by to explore. We will definitely be back and will book this lovely home again! Thank you :)

House is very nicely kept and they stocked a lot of extras... paper towels, toilet paper, and even a fridge stocked with beverages. Pool was kept at 88 degrees for no additional heating fee. Very nice house and property and hosts communicated clearly and promptly.

Our overall impression of this property is Excellent! We wish we could give it more then 5 stars! The host supplied numerous amenities & provided excellent communication! The location of this house is in close proximity to hiking, entertainment, restaurants & parks. The pool area was extremely well furnished & we enjoyed many days in the sun! We enjoyed this home so much, that we have already booked it for next winter!

The Hosts and home made me feel as though I was staying with my best friend. The attention to detail for all Guest(s) needs, cleanliness and thoughtfulness was above and beyond any VRBO location I have ever stayed at thus far.
A wonderful welcome card with a gift bag of goodies to the travel toiletries, extra home supplies, etc. was spot on. They had a well thought out, printed book about their home with pictures and particulars to make our stay very comfortable.
The beds, furniture inside and out around the pool was so comfortable. This was a great place to relax and unwind.
I look forward to returning here again in the future.

This was our second time staying here. We love everything about it. Especially the heated, private pool. The house is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is also great. Close to anything you might need or want to do.

Beth and John are wonderful people, and their home in Surprise is a wonderful place to stay for a few days, a few weeks, and even longer. Away from the bustle of the downtown Phoenix area, it is close to the White Tank Mountain Regional Park for great hiking, and conveniently located to stores, restaurants and other services. Plus, the spring training site for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers is just a few miles away. This was our second visit, and we've enjoyed ourselves very much both times. Can't wait to return!

There were many small nice things in the house that were almost like you anticipated some of our needs that we weren't expecting. The location was great for us, the amenities in the house were exceptional, and you were easy to deal with. While the weather was a little chilly we were still able to enjoy the heated pool. Every year we like to getaway to someplace different for our anniversary. This year we chose Surprise, AZ. This took me back to the Phoenix area where my roots go back more than 50 years. The house is amazing. John and Beth have created a short term rental property where they have anticipated everything that anyone could want. The furnishings and decor are very well thought out and executed perfectly. We wanted a house with a pool and this was perfect; clean and heated to 90 degrees. The appliances are new and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host(ess) was immediate and spot on. I can't say enough about this perfect property.

This was our second stay at this property. Needless to say there will be a third! The host has great communication and goes out of their way to make sure the stay is as excellent as it can be. The pool is a big hit with myself and the kids we spent a good amount of time enjoying it. The property was clean and ready to enjoy. Awesome Property
We couldn't ask for a more well appointed property. The inside was spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable, it felt like a home as opposed to a thrown together rental. the kitchen had everything you need and more, as well as many pantry items. We spent some time in the pool and the quiet neighborhood made it very relaxing. The owners were easy to communicate with and couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this property, we will certainly be be back.

John and Beth's rental home in Surprise was an excellent choice for these grandparents to spend with our 13 yr old granddaughter on her spring break. The property did not disappoint in any aspects. We found the home to be immaculate in cleanliness with numerous amenities, well stocked pantry, ample entertainment facilities and a beautiful well heated and clean pool that received plenty of use during our weeks stay. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and presented no safety concerns. Numerous shopping areas, restaurants and grocery markets are within a 5-mile radius. We would be more than happy staying again and recommend it.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay
This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as our first time. The home is beautiful and clean and the host does a wonderful job of having the house stocked with all the essentials you might need while you are there. The neighborhood is very quiet so you will not have any trouble sleeping in. Once you start your day, there is plenty of adventuring to do in the area. It is also centrally located if you want to travel out of Surprise. Highly recommend and would love to come back again on our future visits.
