Great breakfast

the grounds were a spectacular garden. the whole environment was beyond charming. the staff - who are the family were also very charming and very nice. they also put out a nice breakfast and great coffee and tea. the design of all the rooms and facilities was great and we are interior designers and really could see the beautiful work that went into putting all this together. they also have free onsite parking which is a big plus. it was a short walk to the town center. there was also a nice market close buy that you can put together a meal with all local items including cheeses, meats, wine, fruit, nuts, olives and much more.

Beautiful gardens and clean room! Very close to the city.

Managed by a wonderful family, great people really kind. The hotel really shows the effort and love they put in their place. It’s like ten minute walk to the old city (they advise you previous reserving in their description), for us was perfect because in that way we leave the car in the parking spot they offer and we walk to the city rounded by walls (which is limited to cars, or you have to pay parking by the way). Great and beautiful hotel.

It is something that you would expect to find in Toscana, the most charming place. Also really close to the old town, very clean an quiet. Breakfast was great and the family are so welcoming.

the location was amazing, within walking distance of Montepulciano and a short drive to a number of vineyards. also, the owners are a family and were very friendly, helpful and kind.

The owners were very pleasant and the breakfast was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Very quiet area with easy walking into town.

Rooms were a bit cool. But nothing the owners could do. It's just that time of year when nights can be cooler and they can't turn heat on until Nov 1st.

A really good location to the city. Yet very quiet and a short walk away from all the historic old town sites. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Good linens and a very comfortable bed. Ample parking. Easy to find, which says a lot for this part of the world when you’re not from Italy. they served tremendously good coffee. The breakfast foods were varied and fresh.

We didn’t book a large room or suite so our bathroom had a small shower.

location is perfect

beautiful private property close to town. the property itself was lush and gorgeous. the rooms were comfortable and quiet. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful!

this is definitely somewhere you need to have a car. the hills up to town are a bit too steep to walk. once in town though you can easily walk around no problem.

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful, the location great - just off the road in the center of the village. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, everything decorated very nice. It has been a pleasure to discover this little treasure in Montepulciano.

The last 100mt to arrive to the hotel from hytorical center at night are not so friendly for walking.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel and room on the edge of Montepulciano. Hits all the buttons. Excellent breakfast - the usual products you find in most places, but they were of very high quality local foods eg the meat, cheeses and pastries. On site parking is convenient. The garden is magnificent - beautifully landscaped and planted. On the second morning when the sun appeared the view was gorgeous. Host family / owners are very kind and friendly

Just a couple of tiny things - - at this time of year the weather is very changeable, but the heating is controlled centrally. We arrived on a cold afternoon and I would have liked to be able to heat the room on arrival. I think also a little more info on getting into and parking in town (but shame on us for not researching).

Delicious breakfast, helpful staff, peaceful and lovely garden setting just a 10 minute walk uphill to the outer wall of Montepulciano.

Great hotel, just 5 minutes outside the town. Friendly staff, great breakfast.
