Einmalige Lage

Le personnel est ce qui fait l’atout de cet hôtel en plus de la localisation, au calme. Les chambres avec vue sont incroyables ! Nous avons pris certains repas sur place et la cuisine est également excellente.

Amazing little village close to Como. We walked to the ferry port of Cernobbio and travelled to Como. It was a steep downhill walk and so maybe a taxi is more suitable. The view from this hotel is something I’ve never experienced before - unbelievable. Value for money is great relative to other hotels but nonetheless still expensive.

Taxi prices are extortionate - €50 from the station to the hotel as it is slightly secluded (10 min journey from the station) The hotel reception was often left unattended and we waited for a while several times for help with towels etc. Lastly, there was a wedding held in the restaurant of the hotel on one of the days we stayed. This was a little uncomfortable, being a guest of the hotel, as I was in my bikini and had to walk through the party to get to the pool/ go to the toilets/ get drinks etc. The wedding guests also used the pool facilities and were rather loud when the hotel guests were trying to relax on the sun loungers. I wish we’d have known in advance about this booking but the hotel did not inform us.

great position right above Cernobbio overlooking the lake. The restaurant is quite interesting, I had 2 dinners there and I tried the top choice from te menu also asking to a very pro and nice team, maitre and waiter. I think their names are Gaspare and Emanuele. I did not meet the chef but...superlative food

no real nutella :-) and no fresh juices but overall a good breakfast. For a 4 stars hotel in that position and with that chef they can do little better with minimum investment I will appreciate 2-3 express dishese like scrambled eggs insteadoof the "standard" eggs prepared and parked in the sad tray Staff always great. Nice and gentle

The double bad room was very tiny

The bed was very comfortable. The acces was great with the panoramic lift. Tasty breakfast. Quality cocktails.

No one at reception to greet us on arrival. Additional cost for parking. No kettle or coffee/tea in the room. Slow internet. General noise through the night from neighbouring rooms and outside activity (dogs, building work, traffic).

The view is gorgeous on top of the hills of Cernobbio with the beautiful lake and mountains surrounding como, even from the partial view room. The hotel is renovated so it feels fresh and elegant. Having breakfast on the terrace in the morning with the birds chirping and the mist lifting was a moment of zen.

The room is small although it has all the necessary amenities.

- The additional cost for parking near the property was disappointing (€15 per night). Nevertheless, free parking was located around 100 meters away, so it was not a huge inconvenience.

Nice Hotel with an amazing view of Lake Como. I truly enjoyed the location!

The location was excellent and the view from my room gave me excellent views of Lake Como.

It was a bit noisy at times with the doors banging.
