Sehr freundliches Personal. Hochinteressante Terrazzino - Fussböden. Das Frühstück war ok. Gut das es einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz gibt.
Etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist hat keine Probleme. Der Schrank ist hoch; für kleinere Gäste etwas schwierig für die Garderobe. Es gibt Renovierungsbedarf.

We enjoyed having breakfast outdoors on the terrace. All of the staff were very helpful and provided us with information regarding sightseeing trips along the coast and also for local restaurants. For the ferry trip to Cinque Terre we were advised to get the train from Rapallo to Monterosso and get the ferry from there straight to Porto Venere and on the return from Porto Venere you can hop on and off to visit Cinque Terre towns. It's worth noting that the ferry had to be paid cash. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rapallo.

Above all the staff! They were so friendly and helpful with every question we had. The hotel is clean. We loved being able to park our car right at the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, nice location close to everything and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Front desk open 24/7. Possibility to book a jacuzz at no fee and a small gym.

We had a nice short one day stay in Hotel Canali. The hotel was really nice. Clean rooms and nice views from the balcony. We also got a free room upgrade. Next day we were planning a short ferry trip to porto fino and they let us leave the car at the property longer with no extra charge. Also gave us complimentary 2 bottles of water even though we wanted to pay. Really good service and all around great experience. Would recommend 10/10.

We booked our stay at Hotel Canali at the very last minute and were very satisfied with our experience! The hotel is housed in a beautiful old villa, and the premises are very charming. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection, and you can enjoy it outside on the terrace, with a pretty view of the surrounding houses and hills! The hotel staff were also very kind, and extremely helpful, providing us a lot of good information and tips for sight-seeing, where to eat, etc. Overall, a very good choice for accommodation in Rapallo (although I felt the charge may be slightly overpriced considering the location & facilities, but not surprising considering the area is not the cheapest one).

Very nice lady at the reception desk, she was most helpful in making recommandations for restaurants and handling reservations for us.
Location is very convenient, just a 3 minutes drive from the center of Rapallo. It is also easily accessible walking during the day, less so at night.
Parking is convenient.

Beautiful historic hotel with nicely renovated and very clean rooms in a quiet and safe area, not too far from the promenade. Breakfast was very good also.
All good, luckily we still got a parking spot.

The room is well sized, comfortable - we stayed 4 nights, w/o any observation.
The flooring on the big terrace at the reception / breakfast area coudl be renewed - the "artificial grass" coverege was really outdated.

next room, breakfast was nothing like a four star hotel,
the rooms had no charm, no bedside table.
the staff is very nice though, very helpful.
but the hotel is more like a 3 or 2 star…
