Very accomodating and helpful staff!

We ended up booking this spot last min as we needed to travel back up to Taormina for an event for one night. You can't beat the location, you're literally down the street from Isola Bella, it's great. Only a short walk to the Cable Car to take you into the town, can't complain. Rooms are a little dated but that's the only negative I would say.

We used the pool as soon as we arrived as it was incredibly hot. I ended up getting blue paint from the pool all over my back and bathing suit, not quite sure how it happened! And the paint would not come off! I showed the manager at reception and mentioned they should probably put a sign up or something to let others know this could happen. He was very nice and apologetic, when we checked out the next morning he gave us a discount on the room which we were not expecting at all. Great customer service.

The location is fantastic and the view amazing. We loved our balcony with sea view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and of course we loved the pool, though it was still cold. The breakfast was outstanding too.

The rooms were small overall and the bathrooms too, understandably in that is is an older hotel. However, the beds in the room with two single beds were tiny and more suitable for children.

Everything was great

Not too far from the beach and Isola bella. The pool was clean, and can be use whenever we wanted. Really good breakfast (saucisse, bacon, eggs, croissant, jus, coffee etc.)

Our room had the most amazing view and loved the terrace that allowed us to enjoy it. Most of the staff (except grumpy lady serving breakfast) were lovely. Pool area was really nice

I tried to have a bath but it was so tiny we didn’t fit in it and the shower head was at waist level -not great! Everything very dated and in desperate need of updating

Nice receptionists, one helped me with getting to the train station. The view from the room was amazing. the location is good - close to the beaches. they also have a great terrace where you can drink something looking at Isola Bella. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and had a balcony facing Isola Bella.

It would be nice to have a bottle of water like in other hotels in the room. Also - quite common problem in the area - the room was very humid - the smell was quite strong to me.
