Great location and great staff

Tired old and shabby rooms! Awful pool bar lunch menu! Needs urgent refurbishment and better food

Bedrooms and hallways very tired and dated. Carpets very badly stained and dirty.

This hotel is amazing. All the staff are so polite and welcoming. Special thanks to the pool guy who is so attentive and to the breakfast staff who all go above and beyond. Thank you all and can't wait to return again.

We usually book a suite but didn't this time as we just wanted a cheaper week away, but really wished we had of done. This time we were at the end of the hotel furthest from the pool and found it a lot noisier at night with loud music from a hotel nearby and a coach parked opposite who kept his engine running for around an hour early in the morning and late at night and at various times during the day.

Deco very tired walls had marks and carpet had stains and a little grubby would be better if the carpets were at least cleaned as well as the landings
