Really enjoyed staying here! There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Loved the outside area with all the wildlife, and the spa/heated pool were wonderful!

This was our second time renting this house this year and we were very pleased with everything the house had to offer. I would suggest to get some new frying pans and some better pillows. Everything else in the house was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

very nice other than the air conditioner problem in Florida it was way to hot in the house.

The property was nice and clean. The neighborhood is great and the pool was very well maintained! However there were many dislikes about our stay at the property… A BUNCH OF “ADD ONS” YOU COULD PURCHASE!!! for example No grill this was listed as a ( renting for a week of vacation with family and friends with no grill to cook on sucked!) HEAT for the hot tub! We had to pay an extra $117 just to have the hot tub HOT! And then after paying for it from Sat to Sat it didn’t get turned on until TUESDAY!!! Also the dryer didn’t work well AT ALL! Not a lot of towels or wash clothes? (This is a cheap fix! ) Also a another cheap fix… Better quality pots and pans! Again staying with family and friends for a week this could have definitely made cooking much easier. WHITE furniture ( looks nice but definitely something we had to worry about messing up the entire time!!!!) Weird TV situations (only if you have different streaming apps could you watch anything- just a headache for the renter-basic direct tv would have been just fine!) There were nice huge rooms with queen size beds??!!! This didn’t make sense to us with all the room that the rooms had in it! At least another King size bed would have been great! And lastly such a HUGE DEAL was the parking situation… one of our cars got TOWED($220 extra dollars that we definitely didn’t want to waste!) YES there are signs that say that this is a possibility but as a renter I would have so appreciate this being flagged and noted several times throughout the correspondence via email! I got an email about entering and maintaining the property but it really didn’t stand out anywhere. This was so disappointing. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Again this is stated but it DEFINITELY could have been highlighted more within the process! This property was nice overall but we didn't have the best experience and unfortunately the experience could have been much better with these few minor but yet major changes! After some changes this honestly wouldn’t be a bad place to stay.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Spacious enough to afford everyone their privacy.. Far enough away from Orlando to be away from the city noise and traffic, but close enough to get to the attractions in 30 to 45 minutes. Safe gated community with 24 hour guard at the gate.

This property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had a minor issue with the upstairs air conditioner on the first day that was fixed in a matter of hours and everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Super great house, super clean but the but the Air Conditioning needs to work better. The house was super hot it does not go below 73 degrees, other than that great

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I highly recommend paying for the heated pool - the hot tub is just a small pool without it.
