It was absolutely spotless when entering the caravan . This was faultless there’s nothing I could say bad . The bed was comfortable beautiful site . Definitely will be coming back 😊

Gas running out in middle of cooking tea can’t be helped I know, also toaster tripped electric at night, but was replaced by staff as soon as they were aware

Lovely welcome and everything ready paid extra for the bedding and it was in the caravan before we got there mins later

Was such a bargain for the caravan, had everything we needed. We hired linned bedding for £15.
Only downfall was that it is a walk away from things, although at the end of the caravan park is a bus stop over the road.

No veranda or balcony no path to van ...was very muddy you go straight into van ..

Caravan looked nice & modern, gas fire kept the lounge warm and the rooms were a decent size. However, the location was a bit far out & there wasn’t anything to do on site that we could find. Shower could do with being updated and heating isn’t the best as under wardrobe storage heaters but was a nice weekend and would probably book again.
Shower wasn’t very powerful - heating was storage type heaters under the wardrobes which could do with being modernised.

Being kept awake all night by really noise neighbours The bad smell of damp in the bathroom And no plug in sink even after we asked for one

the window in the bedroom did not close properly leaving a gap so night was cold, water pressure for shower was not good ,furnature was dated and ripped in a spot

was sorted out by staff within an hour or so when I arrival to the

Good value for money, just what we needed for a busy weekend away. Ok size for 3 adults and 3 children. Caravan was clean which is the main thing. Good walking distance to the beach, arcades and takeaways. We went to Woody's bar for food, which was really nice and had children's entertainment. We walked to fantasy island along the beach front and also caught a bus from straight outside the caravan site into skegness.
The boiler took awhile to figure out to get hot water etc.
Didn't like the fact there wasn't a mat outside of the shower or wasn't aware there wouldn't be so we could of brought one along.
We was only provided with two Mugs, so be aware to bring your own as there wasn't enough for us all.
Pack cleaning products if you like to clean the table after eating etc.
