Location

Apartment don't fit the photos. All equipment are new but not everything works. No possibillity to eat. Request to staff give a table which was on the photos was rejected. During 10 days it wasn't changing the towel, bed sheets, toilet paper and soap, but I paid for the cleaning service. The staff took the payment included VAT (I'm not a citizen of Peru and haven't to pay the fee). But when I required to return the VAT, they did it. Complicated payment system.

Booking.com and Wynwood House provided everything we needed for our stay. Every detail was considered. We could not have asked for more.

The location made Miraflores and Barranco equally accessible. The block had 24/7 security. The room was a good size.

the plants on the room divider will dead or poorly looked after. If plants are in a room they should be healthy. The room faced the rear of the property, giving a view over other apartments. Unfortunately it meant a lack of privacy. The blinds did nothing to cut out light. The light room and noise form neighbours made it difficult to sleep.

The place is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped & internet was great. Super quiet for Lima and in a lovely neighbourhood. Shower was fantastic but hot water only lasted for 3 minutes maximum.

Checkin was terrible. No one responded to my messages and the phone number provided didn´t work. There was no internet or phone coverage in the lobby & the front desk staff didn´t speak english (which is totally fine, I understand we were in Peru!) But I had no idea why we couldn´t get into the apartment even though we had the room code & the booking had been accepted. Turned out the host had forgotten to leave the keycard for the lift with the doorman. Unfortunately me and my son had to wait for 2 hours outside in the freezing cold, trying to contact the host.

Very beautiful and clean apartment! Comfortable beds, nice decoration and everything you need in the kitchen! And Barranco is such a nice neighborhood!

Sadly the water turned cold in the middle of the shower, but I’m sure there’s a way to fix it, I just didn’t know how. We arrived late and the communication with the guard at the entrance was a bit complicated and slow, but we made it!

- Spacious & clean - Very good internet & Netflix - Perfect location - Very safe neighborhood - Great attention to details (olive oil, salt, pepper, earplugs, masks, sleeping mask) - Excellent communication even during stay - We were a bit cold at night and owner promptly arranged a heater for us. Thank you so much for that :)

- There was an issue with a thermostat during our stay so hot water in the shower was only available for 2 minutes (but to be fair owner acted fast, sent a technician and tried to fix it asap) - One night (Friday) it was a bit noisy (nearby party at night) + ongoing construction during the day (bearable)

The whole appartement was really nice with a nice bathroom. Our review would have been way better if the next points are addressed in the future.

There was a bad smell in the room. Something in the kitchen area of the room. There was a loud construction going on next door between 9 and 17 which made it hard to rest during these hours. The owners said not to be informed about it. Booking doesnt tell you there is a hidden cost to the cleaning of the room untill after you book. This does not seem fair. Also a tax which is only for people staying more than 3 months is charged. Should be checked if necessary per guest.

The apartment is very beautiful and confortable. Has everything you need (furniture, panels, fridge, microwave, sofa, table, etc), a confortable bed, hot water everything tide and beautiful. Next to interesting points in Barranco, in a walking distance. Easy check in/check out, there is a 24h reception. The person who i was talking to through booking was very friendly as well.

always love it when there is some water and basic supplies like olive oil, salt and pepper, dishwashing soap. Great job on that! Also great location, good communication, and very clean apartment. Felt right at home!

there was only one pan for cooking and unfortunately we got a broken water carafe.

Everything was set up perfectly for our stay. The apartment was immaculately cleaned down to every last drawer. It was nice to have shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The balcony was lovely to let in the cool breeze and to stand and relax on at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable, great HOT water was so appreciated and loved the cozy warm atmosphere in the aparentment. The Host was easy to get a hold of and check in was a breeze despite our getting in on a late flight and not making it to the place until 2 am. The location was great and made walking around and enjoying the town easy. Would recommend this location when staying in Barranco. Thanks!

Would be nice to have an ashtray outside so we do not need to ash on the balcony.

Excellent location in Barranco, close to restaurants and sights of interest. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, clean and has all the ammenities that one might need (kitchen appliances are of good quality). The host offerd a catalogue of services such as massage, laundry and delivery that is very convenient. As well, communication with the host flows very well and you can contact them easily. Great value. I would def stay there again.

The Wynwood was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic location. We walked everywhere which was nice because we got to see more of Lima. Miraflores is about 20 minutes away on foot which was great. It was also two blocks from a scenic view of the ocean where we would watch the sunset. There is also a park right outside and lots of restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Lima/Barranco area.
