The property although not on the beach, overlooks the river. The scenery is stunning and the river is quite beautiful. We saw Dolphins, Manatee's and Pelicans right outside the property. The local restuarants were ample and very pleasant. The beach is a few minutes walk away right by the main restaurant and the views are stunning, The room is clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom was small as was the kitchen. The washing machine advertised is not in the room itself, but out in the hallway area of the main communial area. It was in high demand. We did not realise that we had to pay a further $200 to get the door code on arrival. This was partly due to the instructions being quite vague both from the owner and Booking.com. Please make this much clearer and give better payment details. We arrived an hour early and had a lovely lunch locally whilst trying to sort out what was expected of us. However, I would not have appreciated the inconvenience had we arrived at night with small children.

It was a nice appartment, alltough not very big, everything you needed was there. Great view. Great location to go to Petersburg and Tampa. Swimming pool was great. Restaurants in the neighborhood had good food at good pricing. We had a wonderful time.

You had to do the dishes in the bathroom. Other than that nothing.

I did not like that they did not have any sugar or ice on the property. You had to go into town to get it. No vending machines and no bait shop there. Only little things that we adjusted to.

Beautiful spot with a great view, rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to restaurants. We really enjoyed this peaceful stay.

The location of the unit was great and nice for a short stay.

When cleaning person cleaned a bleach smell remained that took quite awhile for it to go away. It should not have been so strong in a closed up room. The coffee pot looked undesirable to use and it should be replaced. The hand soap in the bathroom was about 1/4 full and it was watered

The Inn at Little Harbor is beautiful and quiet.
