Hotel está bem localizado, bem perto da praia Os funcionários são simpáticos e a zona exterior (jardim e piscina) é bonita e cuidada

Fui atacada por muitos mosquitos. O hotel tem elevador mas para ter acesso aos quartos tem que se subir e descer escadas com as malas. A piscina interior não está a funcionar.

Nada me gusto. Comida 0. Todo repetitivo y las instalaciones muy antiguas para tener 4 estrellas . La piscina sin socorrista.. La habitacion llena de hormigas tubieras comida o no hasta picadas tengo. Encima pagas el agua que resulta que luego todo el mundo se traia su botella No recomendable para ir en familia i mucho menos con niños.

Le restaurant est fort bruyant et la cuisine moyenne.

Bon établissement avec un joli standing, très propre et bien équipé avec une grande facilité de se garer gratuitement. avec une piscine vraiment magnifique, très proche de la mer avec des petits restaurent géniaux a coté.

Assez déçu que par rapport au prix que l’on paye l’hôtel n'est pas capable de nous donner 1 lit double, le buffet du petit déjeuner est un peu maigre ce qui est dommage et enfin la plupart des employés son d'une grande amabilité a exception de certaine personne qui pourraient revoir leur professionnalisme surtout quand on se trouve a l’accueil.

The location was perfect, exactly what we needed 100%, close to the beach & restaurants/bars etc & not far into Cambrils plus the best beach restaurant around FRIENDS a very short distance. We know the area over the last 15 years.

To say the disappointment was huge is being polite, sadly didn’t match up to expectations in any way except location. Firstly we found the front door lock was so hard 4 tough men each took key turns over a hood 10 mins to get in ! Then we found dirty / dusty floors throughout . A toilet that had urine in, a fridge that failed to get cold so lost all our food😡 , a shower leaked so badly we had to use several towels to prevent the water escaping to the hallway😡 ashore head fell off & hit you on the head when the tap was turned on 😡 the kitchenware was virtually non existent & seriously we had literally no cutlery, cooking utensils or pans ( one very dirty very small frying pan) 😱. Nothing to use for the BBQ. Air conditioning units so filthy they were caked with filth 😡 Not even a coffee machine or kettle instead of anything to boil water 😱 demanded a £500 deposit on arrival, nothing on website to convey this 😡 parking in road only if you can any near by 😱 not as claimed ! Mattresses filthy, took photos 🤮 no no spare linen , very hard too and dirty stains on sofas and chairs . TV was disconnected. The list is endless 😡 Yes we had to leave & find alternative accommodation- causing holiday stress - demands a full refund of 7 nights but refused - received 6 nights and deposit !!!

Not good for couples, more for families! Uncomfortable beds, can hear next door neighbours. Breakfast was way to busy and hectic.

Breakfast was good. I didn't like super as much. Excellent pool area but needs more pool chairs and shade. Location great. Air conditioning excellent.

Room small, no remote for ac unit, food other than breakfast a bit boring, not enough pool chairs and shade, bed for child would be nice to have railing or little fence available so kids can't roll out. Nice to have screen in balcony door otherwise use more ac as cannot have breeze without mosquitos.

Staff management can improve a lot! Especially the receptionists are unpleasant and unwelcoming. During dinner time also you can see the staff running around furiously, and obviously no one is assigned to a task, you can find the bar empty then every five minutes a different person might show up to attend the long queue in front of it and disappear again!

Facilities, cleanliness, most of the staff were very helpful, food.

Only a couple of the staff spoke English. One particular staff member was infuriating, constantly interrupting my meal asking questions in Spanish about how we were going to pay.

Needed lunch and as there is no restaurant due to Covid we were able to have a baguette made by the bar personnel which was very good. Very close to the beach where we were able to find a nice restaurant to have dinner. Very few people staying at the hotel and there was a good choice for breakfast.

Too many steps, everywhere you went it was up or down. The room were given smelt of cigarette smoke. They were very good and gave us a much better room with no problem.

- Bad WIFI (we had to sit at the restaurant to get a decent signal) - Bad beds (hard matras,pillows) - Room wasn't cleaned properly (daily) we bought our own broom - There were holes in the wall - The many staircases in the hallway to get to the room. The high price we paid, didn't matched the 'quality'

The staff is the best! The hotel atmosphere war also pretty chill and design is colonial charming. Pool is pretty small but cosy and quiet.

Our room war very small for the family with a child. Old furniture. There were a few vegetables and fruits (breakfast buffet).. in Spain, no salads.. unforgiving.

Pure buffet, had HB, tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. Didnt like at all. Very pure choice, no food to eat. High price for such room and so pure buffet Better to take room only

Location

This hotel is old and needs renovation, the bedding is old and you can feel every springs of the matress.

Close proximity to the beach , air conditioning must be 29 years old but because room was so small it has worked well.

This is 3 star hotel at most sold as 4 star. Double rooms sold as quadruple. In some rooms access to bath through toilet pan! Food poor quality, drinking water chargeable with half board option. Very poor evening entertainment mostly Spanish language only. Electrical installations look like from 70ties- fire hazard! Bathrooms silicone and tiles suffer from mould. If you think this will be good value 4 star family hotel- you will be highly disappointed.
