My entire family had a wonderful weekend. Your house was close to the university, shopping and restaurants. We all felt at home and safe the entire visit. Thank you so much for everything.

Great location. Awesome place with a fenced in yard for the furry friends. Recommend this place if your in the area for a great little getaway.

Loved our stay, our group of friends went to the Brewer Game had a great time and came back to relax at the VRBO home before half of the group went their separate ways. It was nice to have a spacious place to have some apps and wind down the day.

We booked Brew City Bungalow so we would have a place to stay while attending a Brewers / Cubs game and spending time seeing Milwaukee sights. Brew City Bungalow was perfect for our group of 10! It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and had parking for 3 cars. We used the fire pit, in the backyard, to make s'mores, and we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. We stayed 2 nights and, if we are all in the area again, we would definitely book Brew City Bungalow! No complaints whatsoever. 👌

This place was great for our Guys' Weekend in MKE. It's a 3 BR, even though 4 queen beds were listed. One shower, two toilets. Awesome bonus - the whole house stereo that easily paired with my Bluetooth! Great suburban-type neighborhood. Can walk to Starbucks, Chipotle, etc.

Great, basic bungalow property close to Milwaukee. Good location for accessing many different local attractions. Nice backyard for kids. Quiet street. Would definitely book again for our future Wisconsin trips.

This place was everything the listing said it would be. Clean, great neighborhood, and plenty of space. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area!

Love this home very clean beautiful and in a safe area and if there was a issue the home owner was on top of it. I would 100% stay here again!

House was perfectly located for our weekend - Brewers game, Milwaukee Zoo, and downtown Tosa dining. The communication with the hosts was outstanding. Only things of note include a storm door which is still not fixed (which was noted in a previous review), as well as the home smelling strongly of cigarette smoke (also mentioned in another review). Overall, would definitely stay at this location again. We needed a highchair for an infant and they ordered one immediately upon asking and it had arrived in time for our stay. Pleased with the overall home!

We booked this house with another family for a basketball tournament in Milwaukee. The location was great and the property was clean and as pictured. Communication with the host was easy and they even checked in on us via message on the second day of our stay. I appreciated that everything was labeled and it made it really easy to find anything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.

The house itself is nice. Beds incredibly comfy, nice furniture, extra touches like ceiling speakers, etc. The issue we had was a safety concern. The communication, and extra info about owners gathered in the process is the reason I won’t recommend. I have never had a host argue like that, and seem so offended about an issue; particularly in a house they don’t personally stay in. We were excited to use the large fireplace, shown in listing; but the flue was blocked or not properly functioning, which resulted in lots of smoke & all the windows open on a cold night. Though it appeared to be ready to use, with fresh logs sitting out, they apparently never intended on guests using. “We did not bring wood in. Our cleaners must not have noticed,” several statements like this as well as referring to their “properties”, gave impression they make a living renting multiple properties. I was made to feel like a burden for having made them “wake up to all of these messages”, which were clearly during the panic of trying to figure out what to do, with no contact number. Next day/initial reply was a no big deal vibe, stating they had not used in 2 yrs of ownership, didn’t advertise it, etc. Expressing the many ways this could potentially be a huge problem, generated nothing but long, defensive replies; I was scolded for “telling them how to run their business”. To be fair to them, being nice wasn’t my priority passed a certain point, and I was quite straight forward about the situation, and seriousness. However, excellent hosts do not react this way when confronted with a concern. It was as though I had been absolutely absurd, verbally abusive, or inappropriate. (which I was not). After way too much back and forth, it was stated that they are installing a fake log to resolve the problem. SO… also note worthy— you will not be using the double sided fireplace for a real fire, in case this was something you are looking for! The house was nicely remodeled several years ago prior to the current landlords, and they have kept it up cosmetically. The windows and doors are pretty old/flimsy, and if the neighborhood wasn’t so quiet, I would not have felt secure at all, especially with the front door appearing to have been kicked in before. Back door is a glass storm door, and gate has padlocks but no code listed to use. An instruction/guest book would have been helpful. Seems like the hosts have never been guests; and inexperienced in customer service overall.

The property was nice clean setting. However the property was not shoveled ice and snow everywhere someone fell twice and my guest that was in a wheelchair had a struggle to get inside. That was so tacky not to shovel and made me uneasy trying to leave because I was in fear of falling. The floors stayed wet due to having to walk in snow. Overall average.

it's a great property overall. The property has three nice size rooms, a very large and comfortable Sectional Couch, a Full stocked kitchen, and lots more. The neighborhood is very peaceful as well.

Cute property. Newly renovated kitchen. Convenient to Wauwatosa spots. Great communication with owner. Could use a new storm door. It bangs every time it’s open end and closed which scares the cats every time. Owner is very open to feedback and super responsive. This definitely worked for our needs. Thanks!
