The short walk to the end of the street to the beach/Gould’s Inlet was awesome! Nice beach with shells and locals walking their dogs. I was also impressed at how clean and organized everything was in the house. Pride of ownership definitely shows in this beautiful home! The pool, hot tub, and deck were a great addition ( wish we would have been able to enjoy them more but weather did not permit it). I was also impressed with the excellent customer service when booking this property. Crystal was wonderful and responded quickly to my questions. The kitchen is well provisioned and the space is organized thoughtfully for a group visit. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The majesty of live oak tree in the backyard can be fully appreciated. There are lots of seating options outside which we enjoyed. We visited in winter and paid for the pool/hot tub to be heated and were disappointed with the condition of the pool The pool had been shocked and significantly faded bathing suits, the pool lights and the exterior string lights weren't operating. We had to call to get directions for turning on the hot tub as there was no guest book, II asked for a partial refund for the pool expense and was told to expect one.

My partner and I absolutely loved our time over the weekend. Breakfast in the backyard dining area under the Live Oak, late nights in the hot tub, skateboarding to the ocean - this place is a dream come true with a bench swing in the front and cute natural offerings everywhere. Feedback for owner/operator: we loved our stay but wanted to share some insights that could make this place even better for next to zero cost but would be hugely valuable to guests. Obviously vacation stays are very much what the guests make of their time and we had an amazing time - but for the price it would have been such a mega value add if there was some water bottles or coffee pods for the morning. This was by no means an expectation that we had going in but once we got back from dinner the first night we realized that a couple of really small things would have made this place perfect from an experiential standpoint. The bedsheets and pillowcases were almost crispy - probably a comfort preference but I think that if you spent the night there one time you’d understand what we mean. Kind of the feeling that you have to try too hard to make comfort instead of just finding it. Walking to the back yard is so aesthetically pleasing however it is audibly stressful with the volume of the door sensor alarm which is so punishingly loud and in your face every time you open the door. If you can program a time delay for 20-30 seconds it would be much better for the experience.

We loved our VRBO. We rayed here for 8 days while my son was married. It was a perfect location. Convenient for trips to Mallory Street and then out to the Winn Dixie. The house has all the comforts of home and more. It would be nice to include the hot tub fee in the rental fee and that it was all working when we arrived. I will definitely stay again. Fabulous home with a pool near the beach!

I reserved this home last November to give my family space to be together, heal and enjoy our extended family while attending my mom’s funeral. It exceeded my expectations. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The backyard with the pool and hot tub was the perfect space for everyone to visit, reminisce and console. An easy walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping makes this home the perfect place for family and friends.

It was a wonderful house (just as described in the pictures) - plenty of room for everyone to have their own space - beautifully furnished and super clean - everything we needed for a fun stay at the beach! The heated pool and hot tub (which our granddaughters thought was their own private kiddie pool) were a big hit. We got in every morning and every night (they loved the changing lights in the pool). Close proximity to East Beach access and seafood restaurants. The realty company was very responsive - check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. I would highly recommend this property - we definitely plan to rent it again!

We LOVED this rental. It's steps from the beach, and a short drive to the East Beach entrance...it's also a close drive to everything else (i.e. the Village/Pier, etc). The house had enough parking, and we loved that it was one story. It's beautifully renovated and we liked the layout. We felt there was enough space for everyone. The pool in the back was the highlight and having 2 masters was a plus. Enjoyed it very much
