Loved it so much! Lots of space & great views!

Clean, spacious, quiet, close to everything and a view that we couldn’t get enough of. Had an issue with a key and our host Heidi was there immediately with a replacement. Honestly can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice house. Mattresses need replacing on 2 queen beds. Circuit braker was tripped on main frig and some lights when we got there so frig was hot and lites didn’t work. We eventually fixed all.

Our family had a phenomenal time staying at this property. Short walk to Short Sands and amenities. House was adequately stocked for meal preparation/cooking. Would benefit from better outdoor shower/rinsing options but very minor relative to everything else!

We have never enjoyed a beach vacation like we did this one! The location of this property is perfect - steps from short sands and minutes to town. The house is also beautiful, clean, and has the most beautiful view. The only picky things I would say is that the pans and cookware are not the best (scratched pans, rusted non functional can opener, some chipped dishes) and the vacuum didn't really pick up, but those are minor. We plan to book again next year!

My family and I (about 28 people) have traveled to York for the last few years to spend a week together each summer renting a few locations around Short Sands Beach. COVID halted this tradition for the last 2 years and for 2022 we returned. I had the great opportunity to rent this new build in August 2022. I have rented at least 5 different houses over the years and this location beats them all by far. The property is super-clean, has fridges on 1st and 3rd floors, an amazing view from 2nd and 3rd floors. A/C is powerful and dependable. The location cannot be beat for a quick walk to the beach, town or to Nubble. I stayed with 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 11 year old. Everyone remarked on the house and immediately asked me to reserve for summer 2023. It was a pleasure from day 1.

Very nice house. Lots of stairs, but the view from that top deck is wonderful. Not a lot of clutter and house was equipped with the basics we needed. The cleaners could have done better… showers were sandy, couch was sandy, popcorn kernels on the floor and in between cushions on couch. One of the banisters on the railing on lower level wasnt connected at the top and my son cut his arm on it. There was a vacuum, but it was unusable given how much hair and debris was around the brush… I wasn’t about to dig that out! Table on back deck had a broken leg. Beds SUPER uncomfortable and squeaky. We really did enjoy our visit, though, and I’d recommend this house since these things were pretty minor. An air quality test was scheduled while we were there, which they told us day-of. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying. Person was very nice who came, though.

Friendly owner, great view/location

We had an amazing time staying at the house. The house itself is gorgeous. There are plenty of beds. The living room/ kitchen on the third floor was open and had windows looking over the water. The kitchen was very functional. We had everything we needed to cook and feel comfortable, my only suggestion would be to have some bigger pans since the house fits 11 people. The beds were very comfortable and their were enough bathrooms for the amount of people. The location was perfect! It was an easy walk to the beach. We were able to go back and forth throughout the day. Overall wonderful experience.

What a beautiful home and location. The views were amazing and the house was very relaxing and had all that you would need. The layout was perfect to allow some space for everyone and the main living area was perfect for everyone to come together. I would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you for providing a great home for our family to have great memories in our favorite place.

The property is as advertised and has an incredible view. Plenty of space and comfort. It's a new property and towers over the neighbors allowing breathtaking views. Its also a great place to 'stage for your journeys up and down the coast. York Beach is a touch removed from the busyness and congestion of some of the other villages. Its a great place to walk and there is great food nearby. Beds were great, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen space. An upgrade in the sitting area would be nice. The couch was a little small and not comfortable. This could be because of the COVID supply issue, but the room its in is so perfect it would be nice to be able to curl up with your family more comfortably and enjoy the vista. Still, and amazing property! We will be back!!

Very nice and convenient. 3rd floor deck was a major plus and the only one with a real view. Second floor windows need curtains or blinds of some kind. As of our stay the curtains were tacked up like sheets in a dorm room. The house isn't stocked with any rainy day activities so BYO-cards/games/puzzles. That said, it was a beautiful house and worth the stay. 3 floors made it fun for the kids & gave everyone space when needed. Definitely recommend.

This house is a beautiful constructed new home using high grade materials. The house was situated directly across the most amazing view of Short Sands and the ocean! We were in a dire situation for our daughter’s wedding with our family when the house we rented pre Covid was not as pictured when we arrived in Maine!! Devastating. The owners were kind and understanding to our situation and allowed us to rent in a very short time. We will be forever grateful and can’t say enough about this house! It was the most absolute perfect place for the bride to get ready the morning of the wedding with her bridesmaids. Everyone was on the 3rd story deck enjoying the moment! The property manager and agent were extremely kind and we are truly blessed this house became our haven for such an important joyous event in our lives! Book this without hesitation!

Very nice house in an exceptional location. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group. A few minor things need to be cleaned up post construction - sawdust in cabinets for example. Dryer isn’t plumbed correctly . It didn’t appear the bathrooms had been well cleaned.
