The house was more than we imagined it could be. It is a beautiful and very comfortable home. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the floor plan was perfect for our family needs of both and privacy and gathering. We will definitely return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa South Palm, including the 2 pool visitors of the spiny-tailed kind. Beds were super comfy and the view is unbeatable.

The house was everything it was portrayed to be. Great views with great lounging areas inside and out. Well equipped kitchen , coolers, beach chairs , large laundry facility. Like most of St John it’s an effort to get to the property( car sick and those with vestibular problems beware) however it’s convenient to several local restaurants ( don’t miss sunset at the Windmill bar) and only 13 minutes back into Cruz Bay. Beaches are generally 20 - 30 minutes away. Owners have a property manager that meets you in town and brings you to house and provides details on house and can answer some local knowledge questions for you. Outdoor showers are cool but beware the water pressure is a bit low but who cares when you are looking out over both chocolate hole and the Grrat Cruz bay. If showers are your thing consider the lower inside bedroom. All in all a great property !

Villa South Palm was pure perfection! The outdoor spaces are incredible, versatile for all weather and sun angles. The interior is beautiful - fabulous wood ceilings, delightful decorations in every room, wonderful chef's kitchen, four equally lovely king suites. Agree with other reviewers that the pictures are good but really can't do it justice. Eric from James Miller navigated us to and familiarized us with the villa, which was helpful after a long travel day. We loved every minute of our stay!

This was our second time staying at Villa South Palm, and it was perfection.

This house was perfect for us. The views are incredible and very close to town. The house had everything we needed, the outdoor showers were the best part. We will defiantly stay here again!!

Our family of 6 (two teenagers, parents and grandparents) had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. The ease of booking, communicating, arrival and departure were all seamless. The home itself is spotless and very well stocked. They thought of everything and all items were top-notch! We felt comfortable with spaces to spread out, but also great main areas for us to be together. The beds are comfy, each room has its own AC controls, rooms are quiet (soundproof) and we all slept wonderful! The outdoor space is breathtaking. We were constantly enjoying the view - coffee in the mornings, evenings in the pool, and even the walk from the driveway is gorgeous! The sunset was the highlight of our stay! They also have beach chairs, coolers and towels to help make every day at the beach a breeze! Just pack your swim suit…they have everything you will need in this spectacular home! We hope to be back soon. Thank you again for the perfect “home away from home”!

The Villa was excellent. It was exactly as advertised, actually it might have been even better than advertised. Good location, Clean, awesome views, great pool, and really everything you needed. I would certainly stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED Villa South Palm! Words cannot describe the wonderful time we spent there 10/16-10/23/21. Collectively, our party of 6 decided that “EXCEPTIONAL” was the only way to describe our experience. The villa has incredible views, decorated impeccably, well-stocked and suited our party of six perfectly.The website was exactly reflective of how the villa looked in person. The booking and check in was seamless and very easy. JP, our property manager staff member, was great. He gave us suggestions of things to do and was very attentive to our needs. We kept pretending that we owned the villa and could return time and time again. The villa was clean and had every amenity imaginable. Our favorite activity was morning coffees down by the gorgeous pool! We spotted dear, iguanas, hummingbirds, and butterflies. The beauty of the villa is that is close to Cruz Bay and a short drive to the beaches. We will definitely go back and stay here! Mr. Miller was timely and precise with all communications. The house was fantastic!!! The photos on VRBO are good but do not do it justice. Sunsets are just amazing every night! The house itself is immaculate, the pool was perfect, and the grounds well groomed. It is very easy to get to and is about a 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay. Would highly recommend this house for anyone!!!!! Great time!!!!

This villa was amazing. So beautiful and clean with everything needed for cooking or going on beach excursions The pool was the perfect temperature and wonderful. Watching the sunsets from the back patio was not to be missed. We had one issue with a noise with septic system and James Miller and company had someone there in an hour to fix it. Very impressive service with how busy things are on the island. A truly wonderful stay. We will be back!

Had a great stay at Villa South Palm. The rooms were fabulous, the kitchen well stocked, and the view never got old. Property management is very good as well. Always available to answer a question. Great choice for a family.

This house was one of many we have stayed in and it was spectacular. Huge great room and kitchen with all of the finest details attended to. Four bedrooms with three equivalent masters with outdoor showers. This house is decorated extremely well and it is very luxurious. The outdoor pool is great with amazing views. James Miller the property manager was very helpful and he provided us with a very nice food and beverage basket for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful!

We were blessed to spend 10 wonderful days at Villa South Palm with our kids and some of their friends. We have rented many properties around the world and several on St John, and this house is by far one of our favorites. It afford lots of space to commune together but also plenty of privacy when traveling with a group. The views from the house are stunning, and the architecture and design of the house is just so lovely. We especially loved the wonderful, large, well-equipped kitchen and the en suite outdoor showers with their remarkable views. The pool area has plenty of space, and there is a great Sonos sound and lightiing system. James, the property manager, was very responsive to all of our needs both pre and during our visit. We really enjoyed the welcome basket from Sam and Jack’s Deli. Highlights of our trip this year included snorkeling with Bad Kitty Charters with Captain Mike, who took us to Lime Out, a floating taco bar in Coral Bay, parasailing with Parasail Virgin islands, and packing up the beach chairs and coolers to go to a different gorgeous beach every day. St John is truly paradise for us, and now we have found our paradise home for future rentals. Thanks again, James. We had an amazing time!! Can’t wait to come back.

We just returned from our 10 day stay at Villa South Palm and my wife and I had a great time with our two grown children. We have stayed at many houses on St John and we really liked the central air in the main area of the house. This allowed us to stay together as a family versus retiring to our bedrooms to get cool. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed and the sunset views in the pool were just the icing on the cake. We will definitely return to Villa South Palm.. James Miller was a great host and answered all our questions and checked on our satisfaction throughout our stay.

This property was over the top - my kids enjoyed and we were very relaxed by the time we left!

This beautiful property is as the images show and better. The views are fabulous. Kids enjoyed the colored light show in the pool and the Sonos speaker system inside and out. Very comfortable and welcoming. We loved it! James, the Property Manager, was attentive and had everything ready for us to enjoy our stay. . .and we certainly did!

We usually use our timeshare on St. John, but this time we wanted a little bigger space and decided to rent a house. This house was fully equipped in every way, we only needed to buy food (the caretaker provided a little for the first day we got there) and move right in. It is a very beautiful and calming place to stay. The view is almost unbelievable!! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be able to rent it again after our 1st grandchild (due in June) is old enough to travel good. We would highly recommend this home--it is beautiful in every way!! The beds were comfy, the showers were spacious, and the pool was the icing on the cake!! We stayed here for a week and the villa is very nicely appointed. Amazing view of sunset every night, salt water pool, nice deck with sunshades. Attentive service company, great location. All in all, a fantastic week.

What an amazing home! There wasn’t anything we didn’t love about this villa. James Miller was a great manager, helping us get into the place, showing us around and checking in throughout the week to make sure we were alright. We swam in the pool daily and laid out on the comfy and well-appointed lounge chairs. The grill got good use as did the spacious kitchen and at night, we all retired to our suites where the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom views breathtaking. We had a fantastic trip and highly recommend renting this villa.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, it felt like HOME! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't there! Four beautiful bedrooms, four baths and a FABULOUS house with a view that took your breath away. The pool area was perfect too, plenty of gathering space for all 8 guests. On arrival day, we had a flight delay but Marc was waiting to greet us at our rental cars and guide us up the mountain to Villa South Palm. Marc showed us around the house and we were delighted to have food waiting for us from the deli as a "welcome gift' which was our meal for the evening. We were so happy we didn't have to leave the house that night for dinner! Highlights of our trip: * MAHO beach; swam with turtles and sting rays while snorkeling; TIKI bar too * TRUNK BAY; clean, beautiful and great snorkeling; outside bar there too; be sure to stop at the Trunk Bay overlook for pictures * BAD KITTY Catamaran Sail; stop at "The Baths" in Virgin Gorda; snorkeling stop and lunch at "Soggy Dollar" * DOUBLE HEADER in shore Sport Fishing; 4 hours with 2 awesome guys and we caught LOTS of fish (at least 40); all keepers but 2 * Private Chef came to the house "Ted's Supper Club"; Truly the experience of a lifetime * Happy Hours at Tap & Still; Quiet Mon; Longboard (opens at 3:00); breakfast at High Tide; Tap Room at Mongoose Junction...just to name a few * Downtown shopping at Mongoose Junction and in downtown St John near the ferry * The house and pool ....what else can we say, you won't be disappointed. Loved that the entire house was air conditioned, not just the bedrooms. Marc was a fantastic property manager and he checked in with us several times during the week to see if we needed anything...WE WILL BE BACK!! THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!

This is an amazing house with beautiful western facing views of Great Cruz Bay overlooking the Westin. You will look forward to gorgeous sunsets and morning rainbows. The house is spacious and very well-appointed. The owners have everything you need on hand in the kitchen, laundry room, poolside, and the towels in the bathroom are extra fluffy. The level of cleanliness is pristine. It is located in a very peaceful and quiet setting. The layout of the house affords a nice level of separation among the guests because the all en-suite bedrooms are on three different levels. I highly recommend this property...first class all the way! The property manager, James Miller, checked on us regularly and was readily available with any questions or needs we had.

We stayed at Villa South Palm with our grown children, and it was wonderful. The villa is in a good location to drive to town (10 min) and to the North beaches but also close to Coral Bay. The place is stocked with everything you'll need to cook or grill in if you like. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. You can't be the sunsets! Everyone enjoyed the novelty of the outdoor showers! Would love to stay here again someday!

We stayed here as a family of 5 with 3 teens. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views are amazing and the house was perfect. It was decorated beautifully and had everything you need including coolers, beach chairs, noodles etc. Marc met us at the ferry dock and drove us up to the house to show us around. He was easily accessible by text or phone. One day we woke up without water and he quickly resolved the issue. Easy fix and we were up and running. The pool is amazing and warm and the drive up to the house was fun in our Jeep. The house is perfectly located near Cruz Bay for restaurants and the beaches. After driving around the island, I would not want to be over in Coral Bay - Too far from everything. Everything is the house is top notch - high quality furniture, great frig., solid doors all around with an amazing sound system for music both inside and outside. The showers with open windows to the fresh air were great! We would highly recommend this house.

Wow! We could not have been more pleased when we arrived at Villa South Palm. James Miller did an outstanding job throughout the entire experience. He is a real professional! Now for the villa. Villa South Palm is far and away the best rental house we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything possible to make their guests feel right at home. From the beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, hair dryers this place had everything. The home and landscaping around it are in immaculate condition. After two CAT5 storms I know they put a lot of work into getting it back to excellent. We will be back next year for sure.

My wife and I stayed for a week with our two grown sons and daughter-in-law in June 2018. I can't imagine a more perfect vacation home. The three stacked master suites were awesome - no arguments about who had the best room, because we ALL did! The pool and view were amazing, and we were so comfortable just hanging out in the evening after a day at beautiful (you pick 'em) beach. Beyond the attributes of the house itself, the owners and James Miller, the property manager, seemed to think of everything we would need. Coolers, chairs, beach towels, pool rafts, first aid supplies, etc. We were greeted by a refrigerator stocked with beer and sandwiches and other goodies from Sam & Jack's Deli. When the A/C conked out, it was repaired within two hours (you certainly can't always count on that kind of service!) One morning we were greeted by a herd of goats, arranged on the entry steps like a glee club in concert. We enjoyed feeding the Banaquits (one part sugar, four parts water) who flocked to the back porch each morning. At night, we were occasionally dive bombed by a large bat or two as we relaxed in the pool (don't worry, they are harmless). For those not familiar with St. John, the drive to the property is... uh...energizing. Driving on the left, steep hills and curves, more than a few pot holes. But that is all part of the experience throughout St. John, and we were soon navigating with the best of them. Be aware, that every car on the island is dented up -- and there's a reason for it. We have visited St. John several times over the years since we were first introduced to it on our honeymoon. We've stayed at Caneel Bay, the Westin, Gallows Point, and Grande Bay. Nothing compares to our amazing time at Villa South Palm.

Many options and high quality amenities. This place is much better than pictures can describe. -Property managers were very responsive, and helpful.
