Nicely located home being not directly in the path of Gulfport business congestion. Distanced from more run down areas is a bonus. Home is nicely stocked, decorated and maintained.

This beach cottage is in a great location for CTC. Our hostess was amazing and very accommodating.

This house is in a fabulous location, AND it is one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. The housewares are practical and nice, the only thing we needed to purchase was food. We have stayed at other houses where they left you one trash bag, no beach towels and very little detergent for dishes/clothes. This place is perfect in our opinion. THANK YOU for a great stay!!

Our family stayed at the Magnolia Beach cottage for a week over the 4th of July. It was absolutely perfect! The house was super clean, had everything we needed and was less than one minute from the beautiful Mississippi Coast. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the Long Beach area and recommend you hit up the ice cream shop in downtown!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Beach Cottage. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was easy to get to and a great centralized location. The cottage was clean and well stocked with the essentials and a few unexpected extras. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday!!

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our vacation. There were ample towels, kitchen supplies, and outdoor/beach items. The location was ideal to go to the beach everyday and plenty of restaurants and stores were within a short driving distance. The vacation guide provided by the owner was a nice way to learn about the area and all it had to offer. We liked the house so much, we added an extra day into our stay. It was well worth the twelve hour drive and we hope to use the house again for future vacations!

We have been visiting Gulfport for the past 10+ years and this property has been one of the best! The owners were great to work with and the property is in a great location. There were so many extras provided including a shed full of items that came in handy on the beach as well as a grill and full tank of propane. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

The home was amazing. Had all the equipment in the kitchen to cook meals. House was clean and very spacious. Perfect walk to the beach. Friendly neighborhood. Lori was amazing and quick to respond. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Nothing negative to say.

This house was fully equipped for all your family needs for a relaxing vacation with children at the beach! We met up and stayed with my parents here it was so perfect! We had 4 adults, 3 children and a baby and was the perfect size. I packed lightly and only brought our clothes which was the best decision ever. Lori had everything down to a "T" to make your stay feel like home! Anything you'd need, she had. The kitchen was perfectly organized for cooking and storing meals. The bathrooms were decorated with roses that were folded into rags and towels. She had entertainment for our little ones she has everything thought of. Our 2 year old used her stroller, beach toys, highchair, her pack n play and her basket of toddler toys. Oldest kids enjoyed the board games and beach toys as well. This helped us so much! Everything was very well cleaned and big BONUS for me was the house has the best working HOT showers I've had in a long time. We had dishes going, laundry and both showers all going after our return from the beach and the water never went cold. In addition the house has the most perfect porch to drink coffee on and read a book. The back yard had a nice set up for BBQing and even playing in the backyard. We took and used her beach equipment, so, no need to pack that as well. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, toys, an ice cooler and a wagon was all used. Since we aren't from around this area she had her guided book with reviews for Out to Eat places, things to do, site seeing, plus extra things. We took all her advice and had a wonderful meal at her most favorite restaurant and it Did NOT disappoint. We also took her advice to stray away from the Gulfport Aquarium and instead visit the Institute for Marine Mammal Studies and this was a Huge highlight for our trip. 10/10!! If I could rate even higher, I would!

We had a fantastic time on our little getaway! Loved the neighborhood, the proximity to everything and the property itself! The home was fantastic, bigger than what we needed for just the two of us but absolutely no complaints whatsoever!

Lori was great. The house was decorated for the location. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. A block from the beach and close drive to everything. Lots of towels, kitchen was well stocked with all you could need. Would rent again.

This house was the best rental I've stayed in! We had all the basic stuff you'd expect from a "nice" place, but all of the extra touches are what made things even better for us during our stay. We loved the nice coffee maker and extra kitchen appliances, the basket of children's toys and board games, and we visited nearly every local place that had been recommended in our visitor's binder (instead of hitting all the kitschy tourist "traps"). We found a ton of great restaurants, gift shops, and things to do based on her recommendations. I'm already looking forward to our next trip to the Gulf!

Property is located in a great place. Five minute walk to the beach. House was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Anything you need is in the house. It was thought out and stocked extremely well. Communication with the host was was easy and always got a quick response. Would rent this property again. 5 stars

Listing accurately reflects the property. Located in a cute neighborhood one block to the beach. Close to lots of activities in Bay St. Louis, Gulfport, and Biloxi. Property is clean with comfy beds. Owner does a great job of providing lots of recommendations of things to do which were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Our first time in Mississippi but we will be back!

The house was wonderful and our hostess was extremely attentive and accommodating! The house was clean and fully stocked. We would definitely go back. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Biloxi or a day trip to New Orleans. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay! The owner provides the things you need for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, etc.) this allows you to have extra space in your vehicle. The house was very clean and nice. Excellent whirlpool tub for relaxing after the kids go to sleep. Also the owners provided a high chair, pack and play, and toys for the kids. This also helped when packing. We would have never gotten all that into our SUV. This is an actual owner managed unit, unlike most on VRBO now dispite how the website started. Lori (the owner) was great and responded to messages quickly. She even checked on us to make sure everything was going well. This house has a large back deck, very large front deck and an open floor plan inside. We plan to come back next year!

It was exactly what we needed from start to finish. Close to the beach and necessities. Read the owners travel guide, it helps a lot when your there and trying to get a game plan. Plan to be back soon.

We rented over the New Years Holiday! It was so homey and very clean! Very nice beds and pillows and just a walk to the beach! All the amenities you would ever need! The beach was all ours! And just a short walk! We were diligent with our fur baby and was allowed to stay with us. It was a home away from home for us. The information book was priceless! Had history and local information of the area. The bagel shop was adorable as a hint,don't miss it! Thanks again for our stay!!!

This was our second time staying here and yet again it was a total blast! Such a great location and a beautiful home and Lori is a phenomenal host! Always quick to respond and very inviting and helpful at recommending things to do and places to eat in the area. Wish we were still there! We will for sure be visiting again!

We took a family trip & stayed in this home with my husband, mother and my 5 & 2 year old. The location was great, very close to the beach. Kitchen was stocked, bedrooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. Property owner Lori is super nice.. we accidentally left my sons favorite stuffed animal and she had no problem shipping it back to us. My ONLY complaint would be the train :( it came by every night we stayed - overnight multiple times which woke us up around 2am and again and 430am. Also, the street had heavy traffic so we had to keep a very close watch on the kids. But other than that, everything was perfect :)
