The apartment itself was fabulous and in the perfect spot for our requirements.

There were no instructions for key pick up. That took a few phone calls and time. There were no in house instructions. E.g. where to put out the garbage, what time was check out and procedures for check out, how to use the ovens. It didn't feel 100% clean. Wet cleaning rags left in the washing machine. There were few glasses and no wine glasses at all. We spotted mens underwear in the second bedroom. An earring in the lounge. Spare sheets would be nice as we found the quilts a bit too hot.

Location was right next to a bus stop, so it was easy to get around. Apartment was spacious and quiet. Nice bathrooms, hot shower. Internet was good.

Landlord didn’t reply on messages and requests. Address of the apartment provided by landlord on booking.com wasn’t correct. Provided Apartment number was not correct either. Had to make several phone calls and walk long distances to finally get into the apartment. Appartement was different from the one on the pictures. Everything still had price tags in the apartment - felt like they had just thrown everything in just before we arrived.
