Small, but amazing rooftop pool. Made incredible memories with my girls there. Location could not be better and correspondence was spot on. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay in this luxury apartment! It’s so well appointed and stylish while still being comfortable. The location was spectacular, close to everything we wanted to see. The views were wonderful from the roof top, as well as from the apartment. Sitting on the balcony off the living room felt like being on the bow of a ship. It was a lot of fun watching people go by. I also loved taking a late afternoon dip in the roof top pool. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with the shutters closed. We slept quite well there! The bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. The host Elena was quick to respond. We really enjoyed this apartment and would happily stay there again. Sevilla is a fabulous city! We’ll be back!

My family and I had an amazing time in Seville! It is such a beautiful and magical place especially since we went during the holiday season! My 2 little girls (ages 3yrs and 6yrs) loved it as well! The apartment was perfect for our family. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. It was modern, beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and suited our needs well. There was a full kitchen and the living area was large and “cozy.” My girls loved hanging out in the living area with all the windows wide open after a day of sightseeing. We like to pack light and so the washer and dryer to do laundry were very handy! The location of the apartment was PERFECT! It is in the heart of everything. No need to hail a taxi. Everything was within easy and short walking distance. The rooftop terrace had amazing views and a pool. Unfortunately because it was winter time and the evenings got chilly, we were not able to use the unheated pool. Andrea (Elena’s assistant) was very nice and helpful. The check in and check out process went very smoothly. I appreciated that Andrea was available at any time to help with anything we needed to make our Seville stay perfect. There was a binder in the apartment of detailed useful information with what to see and do. Since we traveled to Seville during the holidays, my children got to experience the festivities of “Dia de Los Tres Reyes.” They enjoyed the parade, music, dancing horses, and the 3 Kings! They especially enjoyed the candy thrown into the crowd for children to catch! It was definitely a one of a kind experience! Elena (the owner) provided excellent customer service. I appreciated her promptness in helping answer all my questions prior to our trip. She is even able to assist with helping to book roundtrip transportation from the airport to the apartment for a reasonable price. My family and I will definitely return to Seville again one day and we definitely know where we plan to stay.

My two children and I rented the apartment for three nights during our stay in Seville. The apartment is located in the heart of old Seville and a block from the Cathedral. We loved the location! We were close to many of the tourist sites and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment was large and well appointed. The rooftop patio and pool were a great bonus. The pool may not be large but it works well for a cool down after a hot day of site-seeing. Overall we had a very positive experience and this rated as one of our best rentals during our trip. The rental company was very helpful and even printed off tickets for us when we asked. They were great at communication. The only caution I would give is that you are right in the heart of Seville and it can be noisy at 2AM with several restaurants just outside your door. However that is a small price to pay for the location and amenities.

We loved this apartment for our stay in Seville, The owner was gracious and accommodating, the apartment was beautiful and the coffee in the apartment was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I just spent 4 wonderful days in Seville, and everything about this apartment was as advertised. It is in a central location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Elena, the owner, was so good to work with. If we are ever able to come back to Seville, we hope to stay here again. Oh, and the view from the rooftop was fantastic. Sipping wine in the glow of the Giralda in the evening was special.

The apartment is a tastefully updated space in a building located in the heart of Seville's historic center. Despite the location, the apartment was quiet at night. The kitchen is well equipped, although Seville's many fine restaurants are a better choice for dining. Wifi is excellent. The roof deck has an amazing view of Seville's spectacular cathedral. We didn't use the pool, but I'm sure it would be a hit with small children. There are countless restaurants, cafes and bars close by. All of the attractions in Seville's historic center are within walking distance. The city's architecture is utterly spectacular. It's worth doing a little research regarding your meals because some spots in Seville are both wonderful and a relative bargain. La Azotea, which is a 10-minute walk, was perhaps the best meal we had during our 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal. Get the steak. Have dessert. You'll thank me. The owner, Elena, runs a professional operation and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the apartment, particularly for a longer stay. It feels more like a home than a temporary dwelling.

A superb apartment with all amenities, Elena was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome in their family home. The roof top pool with "that view" was lovely to look forward to after a busy day sightseeing. Our first trip to Seville and hopefully not our last as so much to explore. We ate out every day in numerous restaurants and bars and all were superb, lots of good tips in the visitors book. Thank you Elena hopefully we will return for more Purerto de Indias soon!

Der Blick vom Dach ist atemberaubend, der Pool einfach nur toll. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wüssnche offen, Elena ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend kümmert sich um alles.

We were greeted by Elena's assistant who was friendly and offered recommendations for local dining, drinking and entertainment. This is an all around great apartment with plenty of nice amenities in a well situated location, within walking distance to many popular sites. The pool area offered incredible nighttime views and was an enjoyable way to cool off after a long day of sightseeing in the hot summer sun. If you will be visiting during the hottest time of the year this place is a must due to a well working central air conditioning unit.

Elena's apartment is beautiful and in an ideal location. The apartment is spacious, clean and ideally situated by the Cathedral. There are many restaurants outside the apartment and excellent shopping just a few minutes away. My family also loved the rooftop pool for cooling down because Sevilla is very hot in July! We can't wait to return to Sevilla and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment!

Apartment O - The apartment location was absolutely fantastic if you want to be based right in the very centre of Seville. We stayed for 6 nights and loved the apartment and all it had to offer. Elena, who handled the apartment, was in touch with me from when I made the initial enquiry right up to meeting us on the day, was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic time here. Elena is a great host. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants, most things within a short walk away. Will be back!

Wonderful apartment, centrally located. It is light and airy and seems to be recently renovated. Elena is a responsive host, quickly replying to our queries. She made us restaurant reservations at a very popular restaurant, Eslava, and arranged for a taxi when we departed. Even though the pool was too cold to go swimming in, we enjoyed a delightful dinner on the rooftop deck at sunset. It is directly across from a very popular cocktail bar which is lively until 2 or 3 in the morning. The Windows muffle, but don't eliminate the sound. Best to do as the Spanish and eat late. Shops and attractions don't open until 10 or 11. If ever I am in Seville again, I would stay here.

The apartments are clean and well maintained and ideally located for visiting central Seville. Elena was brilliant helping with restaurant recommendendations and a place to see the Flamenco. The restaurants - La Mamela, Sal Gorda and Voraz were all excellent but Casa Robles was awful. If you want to visit Seville then these apartments are brilliant!

The apartment was as described. A very nice apartment in the center of town a block from the Seville Cathedral. Elena was very nice and helpful. She gave a complete rundown of everything we wanted to know about the town to make our 3 week stay easy. It was a delightful trip. Elena, thank you very much.

This was our best place we stayed on our vacation. The apartment (apartment O), was on the second floor and huge, with 2 bathrooms, large bedroom and huge living/sitting room. All needed kitchen supplies were included and Elena gave us everything we needed. The furniture is modern and the decor is elegant. The 7 Juliette balconies gave great views of the active street scene below, but there was no noise inside when all were closed. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck while swimming and relaxing. The price was higher than most places we stayed but it was worth it! The place is a bit hard to find, but Google maps can get you there. Once there, you have everything within a 5 minute walk - cathedral, Alcazar, hundreds of restaurants, shops, etc. Only 10-15 minute walk to bus station, a bit farther to train station. You can't beat this place. Elena has a few apartments in the building and I am sure all are as good.

This apartment was ideal for a visit to Seville. It was located very near the Cathedral and the Alcazar. There were many good restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was an excellent addition as we went there after a day of sightseeing. Elena was a wonderful host and helped us with many arrangements. The apartment was clean and had all needed amenities.

I would recommend this apartment anytime. It was even more than what we expected. Thank you very much Elena. My wife and two kids (11 and 13) truly enjoyed the apartment, the location (walking distance to everything) and the area with all the restaurants and boutiques. Not to forget the cathedral less than five minutes walking.

The apartment itself is great, really in teh heard of Seville and really tasteful furnished. Also it has I think 7 or 8 balconys whre you have a great view on the old city. Of course the view from the roof with the pool is also magnificient. I could not imagine a better place to stay in Seville. Also the ownerfamily is very friendly and helpful in all you need.

My fiancé and I stayed at the apartment for the week of La ferie de abril 2014. The place was impeccable, everything we needed was provided for. The hosts were ever so helpful with everything. Tips on good restaurants, Elena even got us a private Sevillanas dance teacher! The oasis on the roof was a great retreat after walking around the beautiful city. We will definitely come back!! The apartment is in an ideal location to go off on foot and explore Sevilla. It is beautiful, was impeccable and we loved the rooftop pool area. It was so handy to have a washer/drier and amenities like a dishwasher made keeping things clean a cinch--a must for us, since we traveled with our 12 month old. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and provided us with a pack n play crib with soft linens for our little one. She gave us great recommendations too. We had such a sweet stay with our baby! Sevilla was just a delight.
