Check in was easy email communication was more than adequate. Would recommend and will book again if we visit Carolina beach again

Great location right next to the boardwalk as well as the beach. Spacious and relaxing environment :)

Was small but we managed. The dishwasher needs replacing. Would have used a vacuum cleaner that worked and the broom was not in a convenient place but we finally find it. Would suggest removing the carpet and adding comfortable chairs/couch. Was easy to walk to local places for eating and of course the beach.

We had a great time visiting Carolina Beach and staying in this condo. The description on the website is very accurate and the location was great. Walking distance to all the restaurants and entertainment. Beach less than 100 yds from your front door. Ready to visit again!

We enjoyed the space and location. It’s was just what we needed for our week at the beach.

This property was easy to access and provided an early check in time that was awesome. The interior was clean and fully stocked with linens and essentials. We did have a nice view of the ocean from the deck and the area is being revitalized so its a nice place to stay. We were close to the board walk, the Shops we go to every year and a short walk to everything we needed including beach access. Thanks for making this a great retreat for a girls weekend at the beach!

The unit itself was clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child. The steps and foyer leading up to the unit was filthy with sand, dirt, and dog hair. Everything in the unit was in good shape and worked perfectly. The close location to the beach, restaurants and the Boardwalk was a big plus.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The service provided and the actual stay at the property was great (and this is coming from someone that has VERY high standards). I would absolutely use this service and stay at this property again. My family had a blast!

The kitchen light was out. I contacted the help line via text as instructed each day of our stay and it was never fixed. I'll never use this property again

One of the best property's we have rented. Everything was as described in the listing and the place was well-maintained and very clean. We had a great time here! The condo was a lot bigger than we had imagined and the owners were very helpful and understanding. I would defiantly stay here again!

First thing i noticed was how spacious the place was. Master bedroom (and the bed) was amazing. Location is convenient and a quick walk across the street to the beach. Had all the kitchen tools needed to cook a few meals. Was also one of the few places willing to book less than a week in June.

This condo is exactly as described and much more. The condo is very large and easily accommodates 7- 8 adults. We loved the covered deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location is perfect! It's close to beach access and fun shops and great restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is clean and fully stocked. I appreciated pantry items such as various seasonings being available. There are also beach chairs, beach umbrellas and water toys provided for convenience. Carolina Beach is a wonderful beach town offering plenty of activities, but doesn't have a crowded feel. I highly suggest this condo and Carolina Beach for a fun family friendly get away!

This place was just what we needed. It was an extended family vacation with 5 adults and 2 toddlers and we had plenty of room! It was right across from the beach which was great when going with little ones! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful!

Great condo, spacious & clean with all the amenities you could want. The deck provided a view of the ocean & a nice breeze to relax. Location of the condo was a short walk to shopping & restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The owners thought of everything that is welcomng to their guests. It was wonderful having the beds already made, towels and washcloths, hotel type toiletries. The kitchen was well-stocked. There is plenty of room to make yourself at home. The boardwalk, restaurants, beach are all just a short walk away. The next time we go to Carolina Beach, I hope this place is available. The owners are also VERY responsive to questions. Thank you!!

This condo was not at all what I expected after reading the rating on VRBO. It is not clean! The entrance door was filthy. That is your first impression. A little soft scrub would clean it up. After removing the sheets on the master bedroom. I found a popsicle stick between the sheets. The mattress pad had dried blood ( read biohazard) and food crumbs on it. I have pictures. The pillows were flat as pancakes. The seat cushions on the deck furniture were dirty and had no cushioning so the deck was of no use. Although the unit was non-smoking, it smelled like a smoker had been there or maybe the smoky smell came from the pot smokers in the house next door. The towels were old and worn out and stained and smelly like the condo. (Clorox?). This really makes me skeptical of using VRBO. I wonder if you inspect your properties before and during the rental season in order to rate the property appropriately. The accommodation put a damper on the Carolina Beach experience. Susan

We're sharing this information as constructive comments. This condo is in an excellent location and was the perfect size for our family. We especially appreciated having access to beach chairs, an outside shower and a balcony on which to hang our beach towels for drying. However, upon arrival we found the condo was NOT clean nor supplied! We had read someone's review about the lack of toilet paper and laughed, but both bathrooms had rolls with only a few sheets remaining. There were 2 spare rolls; both of which we used and had to buy more. I had to add water to the bathroom soap dispenser in order to have enough soap to wash our hands. There were crumbs on the carpet in the living room and on the kitchen counter. The coffee table's glass top was marked with glass rims and smudges. I found a dead fly smashed on a shelf in the refrigerator and no liners in any of the trash cans. The toilets, sinks and mirrors showed signs of neglectful wiping. My daughter complained that the sheets on her bed didn't fit properly and came off during each night. The pillows in all of the bedrooms were very flat. I would consider using a different management company if this was our condo.

Our family of four stayed for a week and the accommodations were fantastic. We mainly used the facilities as a hub for week, spending most of our time at the beach. We were looking for something a little more quite than the Myrtle Beach scene and were not disappointed. We could go down to the beach (easy access) and there was plenty of room to spread out. The pictures don't do justice to how much room there is on the beach. Everything in the condo was as advertised. We cooked most of our meals at the condo, but did spent evenings at the Carolina Beach boardwalk, especially enjoying the various ice cream vendors. Only "negative" would be that there was construction taking place on a condo across the street. However, we were gone most of the day so we only had to put up with the noise for about an hour in the morning. Even that wasn't bad. Actually, the neighbors in the condo above us were often more noisy than the construction. Although, even that was limited to early morning. Working with Van and Debby was great. We e-mailed a couple of times before arrival and they were always prompt with a reply - even on silly little items. Would definitely include this property as one to return to.

The condo was perfect for our vacation! It was very clean and even better in person than the pics.

Great place for three couples to spend a long weekend! Close to everything! Don't recommend more than 6 people, as the living room is pretty small. Great owners who were very responsive to my questions!
