The hotel is very nice, location is great. Great swimming pool. Workers are friendly and kind. Great food!!

The fact that there is no mosquitoes nets in room, made it very hard. Were beaten during night and day. Obviously couldn't leave windows open. The soft drinks during breakfast/lunch/dinner were not tasty at all. Not drinkable.

Breakfast was good. Not exceptional, compared to other hotels with similar rates, but ok. Pool was clean and the bar staff were very polite. Special thanks to Angelos and Stefanos, these two make a huge difference and raise the overall level of service for the hotel. The cleaning staff are also polite and helpful. The lady who supervises the use of the pool is very careful and is actually supervising.

The rate could have been better. I will insist that the price is high for any hotel in that area. Other issues: during our first visit the sistern did not work properly. The person who maintains the facilities came out a few times for this. The second time, the A/C in our room did not work well. This was a huge problem for us, but they only moved us to another room the next day and did not even offer a small reduction of the price for the inconvenience. Or a cup of coffe on the house. Instead, they slipped under the door a note which reminded us to "not forget" to stop by the reception the next day (check-out day) to pay our bill, as if we wouldn't! When I politely confronted the reception staff about this, saying that this is a bit rude and borderline insulting, they lied that this is what they do with everyone. I know it was a lie, because the note had our room number handwritten on the back and also because this didn't happen on our first visit to the hotel a few weeks before. Advice to the hotel: spoil your customers a little bit, it will pay back in the long run.

Swimming pool, rooms facility’s,hospitality, sports

The spa area, which had an inside pool, massage,an indoor gym and a sauna was excellent and the spa service was really friendly and hospitable. It had a really nice variety of sport facilities and activities for kids. Also the food was really good as it had many choices for demanding customers and many different flavors . All in all, it was a really nice expierience and i would definetly recommend it for families.

When we got there we had to wait for more than 20 minutes after the check in for the transportation to the room which was suggested by the receptionist and finally we reached the room by our own. What i want to say is that the receptionists were not organised and not able to put in order the transportations of the customers in the rooms and finally they just forgot about our transportation.

Rooms are pretty comfortable, beach is nice and not crowded

Not renovated at all, common areas are from 80-th. No snacks in the bar, almost no cocktails, shuttle to the beach is unreliable ( we waited for 30 min to go there and then it’s over at 18h so after you return 15 min by walking). Not enough sun-beds by the pool, people are booking them in the morning and then leaving.

The hotel is really amazing. It has a very interesting organisation, the houses are organised like a small city, with streets running through. Upon arrival, you're greeted by very polite personnel and taken to your room by a golf cart, since it's not a classic hotel. We personally had a room with a private pool, which was exceptional. The pool is not big or for swimming, but it's great for a dip to get refreshed.

The towels in the room were stained. Hotel location is only okay if you are not thinking about leaving the complex.

Facilities & Cleanliness was 5 to 5 ! Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere.

Staff was very friendly, the pool was perfect (especially for the kids), good variety and decent breakfast/dinner, room was spacious and the bed super comfortable.

The room was not clean for a 4* hotel. In th bathroom there were hair from previous guests, and I could see some mould underneath the sink. I could cope with those, and even with the bad smell coming from the bathroom. What I could not stand is that during the night hours the air-condition was blowing only air and humidity, and it felt like the were turning off the whole system (they have central air-conditioning). And that was ONLY during the nighttime where temperatures are lower so it should be easier for the airconditioning to work. They told us that the system may need filling with freon which is a lie because, if that was the problem it wouldn't be working even during the day. That drove us on sleeping with open balcony so mosquitos came inside.

The grounds and pool area were excellent. The service staff, especially the bartenders and animation staff were positive, friendly and outgoing.

The all inclusive buffet was good however it would have been helpful if there were labels on the food/dishes to help with knowing what you were selecting, to avoid dietary concerns. when we asked staff they were helpful to tell us, but it was very busy and sometimes hard to find a staff member to explain the ingredients having labels would have been very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea in the rooms.

Food of the buffet was “average”. I would prefer fewer choices but more quality. Only 2 plugs in the room and one of those far way from the bed.

Surrounded by wonderful nature gardens birds and trees. Peaceful scenery. Large comfortable rooms with top-notch beds.
