Nice and cozy hotel with nice food in the restaurant

I paid next day for the hotel when we arrived ,but when we gave keys back the morning we were leaving girl was saying it wasn’t paid,lucky I had a receipt to prove it,no “sorry” nothing for asking to pay again,just “oh someone forgot to mark it” … Family room nice and cozy,everything perfect,but not safe with small kids as there is no protection from upstairs,it’s so easy for young child to fall straight downstairs and the stairs very dangerous not just for kids …

Staff is oblivious of anything Booking.com related They could not find my reservation at all, gave me a random room not even close to what I booked and when I went to the room it was only to find out it was dirty with used towels and not at all what I booked. When I complained staff finally woke up and called a manager who then gave me a room but still without any clue of who I was or my reservation details. Room was simple but okay, air conditioner was noisier than a plane taking off and I would have been better off sleeping in my car instead of what they call a mattress.

Pleasant, cozy place to stay for a short trip. I really liked the heated bathroom floor! The first floor has a nice restaurant, serving tasty, fresh breakfast from the menu.

The room itself was rather chilly for the middle of April. Take some slippers or warm socks with you :)

The bed wasn't comfortable

They serve very good food. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly, always ready to help and usually makes extra steps to make you happy.

Some of the small details in the room, but nothing that leaves bad sense.

Excellent hotel, quirky swedish style, excellent communication and very accommodating with our booking especially as we had trouble with our flights and arrival times/days
