Lovely, centrally located hotel, with attentive staff and well equipped, clean room.
The only downside being the smelly bathroom.
The room we got allocated, thank god only for one night, had a massive issue with bathroom ventilation. The stench of sewage coming from the bathroom was really vile, so bad so disturbing our sleep. The open drains in the bathroom attracted a lot of small flies and other insects - we have stayed there early May - I cant imagine what this room may smell like in high summer. One had to take a deep breath to get a super fast shower as staying in the bathroom for more that 2 minutes was difficult. It is such a nice hotel, I am not sure how the owner can allow for this to happen.
Before you accept your room - check the bathroom.

Everything was perfect. Central location. Cleaning. Spacious room. Hearty breakfast. The hotel team is extremely involved and available to give you any help you need. Our 2-week vacation was wonderful also because we chose Lavander Otel.

Breakfast was rich but not international, so it left me with a lot of space to be filled. But for start of season was OK. The location perfect as it was right on the busy market road. The room nice with lot of space and restored well. The personnel very polite and helpful.
The tiny and claustrophobic stairs up to the room and breakfast terrace. No international TV, just local channels on room's TV. The balcony a bit tiny.

The location was very good, very close to the bazaar, beach, marina, castle. The rooms were clean and smelled very good. Staff were friendly. Thanks to the whole team.

The rooms were clean and cozy with a nice design. The breakfast was good. The staff were really helpful, they spoke English well.
We booked 4 rooms. In some of them the bathrooms did not have proper ventilation. Overall, the quality of the shower+toilet could be better, because after having a shower all the floor was wet. The neighbourhood is pretty nice, but the public beach nearby is not so good. We had to arrange a taxi to go to another beach in Ilica, which was the best.

-Doors aren’t soundproof therefore if your room is located by the stairs you can hear everything (people walking up & down, noises from hallways above & below especially because there’s no lift)
-sewage smell from the drains in the bathroom, needs fixing urgently as it’s really disturbing.

Amazing team.They are very polite and friendly.The breakfast is very delicious and authentic.In addition it is in the heart of the centre.Rooms are very comfortable.Definitely a must for a good price.

Really nice people, no problem with speaking English; great location (15 minutes walk / few minutes by taxi from otogar, just in a center, close to the marina, few minutes walk from fortress, dolmus' stop and so on) , fantastic breakfast (on the roof terrace). Room small, but comfy, room cleaning/ towel changing on request (good for the environment). Bathroom a little bit shabby, but comfortable enough. If I would like to suggest any improvement: a small fridge in the room would be very useful.

Breakfast is awesome, cleaning of the rooms perfect, and owners are hospitable. Oh and the location hotel is just 50-100 meters away from both Bazaar and the Marine
