We loved this condo for our family of four! The views were amazing! Everything was new and upgraded and fresh. The ac was really good if you followed the advice, comfy beds and seating areas. So easy to jump in the car to go explore or get groceries. Great communication with property managers. We travelled on our kids spring break so the beach was crowded, to be expected.

The unit faced the ocean. Great sunsets and lots of whale activity. The kitchen was incredible well done - Bosch appliances including an induction range, lots of utensils, water boiler, toaster, etc. We cooked several dinners and made use of the facilities Weber grills. Having stayed at Napili Point several times, this unit is now on the top of our list of places to rebook.

Whale watching and rainbows every day....what could be better? This is a superbly updated and very-well equipped unit with magnificent ocean views. We enjoyed the Napili location - away from the bustle and crowds at Kaanapali, yet close enough for dining, shops, etc. Weather was iffy during our one week stay, but the lovely accommodations made up for it.

This unit recently received a remodel, and the place shines! But of course top billing goes to the incredible view that smacks you in the face as soon as you enter. A wonderful week. The management was extremely responsive to our questions. We were very happy!

Everything was very modern and lovely. We did run out hot water after two people showering. The view was spectacular!

We've been staying in Napili Point for several years. This property is freshly renovated and very nice. It faces north, so you don't get direct sun (at least in December), but also don't get to see the turtles in the bay.

We had a wonderful 5 days at this condo. Recently renovated and beautifully done, the location right on the point at Napili looking at the surf couldn't have been better. We would love to return!

Napili Point is an excellent location from which to explore the area. It is well maintained and relatively quiet. The specific unit was clean, well supplied, and has a magnificent view. The TV/Cable unit was not working properly. Everything else worked perfectly. The decor is dated, but certainly adequate for a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great view of tide pools and easy access to Honokeana Cove! The condo itself could us a few cosmetic touch-ups, but it was very comfortable and all as advertised.

We absolutely love Napili Point and it’s location on Maui. We have stayed in a different unit previously and I assumed that this property would be similar. The charm of Napili Point is that it is all about the location and it feels very relaxed and old school. We had no expectations of luxury and decadence. We like the old school Hawaii feel. That being said, this unit was so sad and outdated. The carpet must be 25 years old, the tile and toilets and bathrooms must be original (like 40-50 years old?) everything felt old and cheap. Why would you ever have a FAKE plant in Hawaii?! I mean, please, get rid of that old, dusty thing. Layers of dust on the fans and windows and scratched and discolored mirrors. The fans are so loud in the bathroom and the toilets are like kindergarten height! I think every unit here has a screen door, ours was ripped off the hinges and gone. Also, the screen slider to the lanai was broken beyond repair and unusable. Just so many things wrong and dated. All in all, very disappointing because it would be so easy to give this property a face lift. We love Napili Point and will stay here again but never in this unit. It’s quite a shame and doesn’t do the location justice, it’s really taking advantage of the natural beauty and getting away with letting this unit fall apart. We did have great communication with the property manager and very easy check in.

The location and views were the best. I was a little worried because of a couple earlier reviews(saying the unit was outdated). It may have been a little outdated but it was clean and the location/views made it wonderful and worth it. we loved that the sandy beach was close enough to walk to. Beautiful beach.

The condo pictures make the unit appear nicer than it is. The view is spectacular & the location of the unit in the complex allows you to sit on the lanai the entire day without the sun beating in. However, the unit is very rundown and not worth the rental price. We felt the entire unit needed to be gutted and updated. Appliances are old, rugs had spots on them, the sofa cushions were pretty beat up, countertops might be original. Trim was peeling off the wall in the downstairs bathroom, the sliding door wouldn't close in the upstairs bathroom. The unit was surface clean but there were dead gnats in the lamp shades that you could see when you turned the lamps on. The water dispenser in the refrigerator was stained and gross looking though we tried to clean it with no luck. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, but there were little things they could provide like a shower caddy or shelf to put shampoo, etc. on instead of putting them on the floor and a squeegee for the shower door glass. Many of the units had screen doors which would be nice for air flow. It appeared this unit would be spectacular but other than the view and the unit location in the complex, this is the most disappointed I have been in a VRBO rental. I cannot say enough good stuff about the property management company. They were very responsive when we called about a few items that needed replacing. Debbbie R

Location and upkeep of the outdoor property was great! Unfortunately, the unit itself needs some attention. We arrived with the property maintenance guy telling us there was an exposed tac strip on the floor-would be fixed. Never was. Gave us a towel to cover it. Fans were not working in either bathroom. Older kitchen appliances. Overall, the unit is functional, just for what you pay for, could use some sprucing up. Like everyone has said.....It is the view!!!!

The property is not exactly as shown in the picture, but the view from this property is amazing. The location and the room structure is perfect for my family of 5, quiet and convenient. Only a short walk to the Napili beach and few restaurants in walking distance. The furnitures and decorations are a bit outdated, but has everything we need.

Regrettably this unit was not what was depicted in the photos. A person from the Management Company had to come to the unit to look at our concerns and complaints. Until the unit is updated properly I do not recommend staying there. The location of the unit was the best thing about it..

There was what sounded like extensive construction going on in an adjouning property which made it unbearable to relax in the room or patio during any daytime hours. I have tried to call, text and email the property manager, but nobody has returned my inquiry. Unacceptable and disappointing. Robert Watt (310) 291-2139

Stayed here for a week with my wife and in-laws and we absolutely loved the place! You can't beat the location as you are right between Honokeana Cove and Napili Bay which both have AMAZING snorkeling. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking to be away form the crowded resorts down in Lahaina. It was exactly as described in the listing (with A/C which is a rarity in condos!) and property management was extremely communicative throughout the process. I would definitely love to come back here!

This property had everything that my family and I needed during our stay. The staff was professional and had timely responses. The view is unforgettable.

Older unit. Carpet in bathroom. Wasn’t the best experience. Does not know the rules with service animal. Had to make complaint.
