This is our second year staying at Saralee’s Reef Club condos in IRB. Last year we stayed in Saralee's other rental unit at the complex. This year we stayed at Sunshiny day. We love this beach, the location, the complex and of course our host Saralee. She makes the rental process easy and is very responsive to any questions or concerns - throughout the process from booking, checking in and throughout your stay. We love the 1st floor units with direct access via the spiral staircase to the pool and beach. There’s not much to say that hasn’t already been said in the multiple 5⭐️ reviews. Booking 2 years in a row speaks volumes.

We stayed at Saralee’s comfortable homey condo for the month of February. Everything was provided that you could possibly need. The bedding, towels, dishes, large and small appliances, furniture were all top quality and not cheap in any way. All members of our family were very comfortable during their stay. Saralee has thought of and provided so many extras that other rentals we’ve stayed at have not. The view is magnificent and I miss it every day since we’ve left. The Reef Club complex is very well taken care of and in a great location within walking distance to so many places. In closing, I believe that Saralee genuinely enjoys making her guests have their best experience possible. She was readily accessible both before and during our stay for anything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay at Sunshiny Day again. We all just had a perfectly wonderful time! Thank you Saralee and it was a pleasure meeting you!

We loved this property! My family of 6 stayed here for the week. Loved it being on the first floor of the complex and having the back stairs to go to the pool and beach. Great pool and hot tub. The water was like bath water and my kids found sand dollars on the first night there. The property was very clean and spacious. Loved that it had beach chairs and umbrellas! No issues while we were there

Sara Lee is the best host! Her attention to detail is amazing! Condo was exactly as pictured and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back!

My family which included 9 adults and 3 kids stayed in rooms 104 and 111 for a week. Both places very clean. Kitchens had all the essentials for us to cook dinner every night. We brought our beach essentials but both units had chairs, beach toys, etc. We have stayed at Reef Club previously so knew what to expect with the amenities on site. There is a pool, tennis court and grill area and easy access to the beach. They did add a grassy area with yard games since we were there last. Saralee was also quick to respond with questions and made sure we had all instructions to access units and parking passes prior to our arrival. It was a very relaxing vacation. Looking forward to return again in the future!

Beautiful place, super clean, great location right on the beach, very responsive. My family and I had a ball. I definitely recommend this place. Saralee was great.

This was an incredible vacation! The condo was beautiful, very nice location. Owners easy to work with. The pool was nicer than expected (pictures didnt do it justice), and the beach was very close. Coded gate to go in and out of pool, beach areas.The tennis/pickleball court was fun. It was all we wanted and more! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The property and owner were amazing. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The beach and the IRB area is very cute and cozy. Teenagers had a blast on the beach and walking to shops and local restaurants. Cannot wait for our return trip.

The condo was perfect. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed and very convenient to pool and beach on first floor. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants. Largo golf course is only 2 miles away. Saralee the condo owner met us on move in and was extremely helpful and most generous. She was fantastic!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The condo is very clean and very well stocked. Didn't need to purchase much, just some extra TP and paper towels. The items stocked in the unit are good products too, not cheap ones you typically find in most condos. Name brand cookware, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. I was very impressed with that. The view of the ocean isn’t the best; but does work. Okay, to the things I did not like. First, the spiral staircase, the dehumidifier and the temp setting on the nest. The staircase was convenient as it leads you straight to the balcony of the room. It just worried me after a few too many we could slip. My biggest complaint is the temp setting on the nest. The owner has it set between 72-78 which isn't unreasonable; however, she also requires a dehumidifier to run which blows out hot air causing the living room to be even hotter. Every time we returned back to the condo; the temp of the room was at 76-78 and it took HOURS to cool to 73 let alone 72. I have to sleep cold so needless to say, I didn't sleep well during our stay. There were days I didn't run the dehumidifier and that seemed to help. I always made sure to keep the drapes on the sliding door of balcony shut to avoid the heat from the sunlight. I do understand why property owners do this; however, it is July in Florida. Maybe reconsider moving the lowest temp setting to 70-75 during the hottest months of the year. So, if you are like me, and have to sleep cold I wouldn't recommend staying here. If I had known this about the thermostat, I wouldn't have booked. Maybe consider listing this requirement on your booking because once its booked and you receive the welcome letter from the owner, it is too late to cancel. Also, I was asked by the owner to let an inspector in to look at a water heater and was told he would be there from 8-12. I didn't mind doing this; however, I thought it was rude to ask this of me. He came closer to 9 than noon which was great so I didn't waste my entire morning waiting on him. She does provide you with a snack box which helped keep my 10-year-olds cravings at bay; so, I did appreciate that. She also provides you with a $15.00 gift card for Publix which again, is great. Lastly, I encountered an issue booking through VRBO and was charged twice for the $59.00 renters’ insurance. I never did receive a refund on I never did receive a refund on the double charge. This is probably a VRBO issue, not the owners however I wanted to address that as well.

Ms. Saralee was very responsive and attentive! The condo was well appointed with everything needed for our stay! We grilled a couple of nights and the grills are in the common area and all we had to do was bring our food and light the gas grill with the fire starter already at the grills! Would definitely stay again ☀️😀

It was a great place to stay close to the beach. Owner was great and very accessible. We would stay again in a heart beat. The first floor with private stairs case was awesome.

The interactions with the owner were outstanding and very helpful. The accommodations were very clean, nicely located to parking and the pool/ocean, and very modern. We enjoyed our stay and definately would stay again.

Condo was spacious, very clean, well stocked, close to pool/beach access, and parking space. Communication with Saralee was wonderful and helpful. She went above and beyond and kept in constant communication. She also had a snack box waiting on arrival which was needed after arriving late. :) Thank you so much!

Owner was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Ocean view is partially blocked but still has an awesome direct view of Gulf with lush landscape. Kitchen fully stocked which is nice for those that wish to cook. We also stayed at another unit in the complex, run by vacasa, and the kitchen was awful. Unit 111 is the Best value for the money at reef club!

This place had everything you needed and the host was super! She was very attentive and even gave us a little extra to make our stay memorable. Thank you Saralee!! We will be back.

This property is just what you need for your vacation. It is clean and centrally located. The host is phenomenol- very clear and quick communication! The property is equipped with basically anything you might need for your stay. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, with Clearwater and John's Pass just about 15-20 minutes away in either direction. My mom and I brought two teenagers, a five year old and a 3 year old. The property is just perfect for a family. As the host said, just bring close and some personal toiletries and you're all set. There is a storage closet that has all types of sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. No need to buy any of that. The pool is just steps away and the beach is just steps away from that. I highly recommend this property and this host. We'll be back, that's for sure.

We had a great time. The beach was awesome! The pool, grill and tennis court were a nice addition. The location is perfect for a quiet vacation close to everything. The condo is well equipped, comfortable and in great condition. Highly recommended.

Fabulous condo, great location and beautiful beach sunsets, could you ask for more? We loved the easy access of the stairway from the balcony and the great restaurants just down the beach! Saralee was also a wonderful hostess thoughtful and responsive!!

This property was perfect. We packed way too much because the condo had everything we needed. The beach was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. Saralee was extremely attentive and responsive to my many questions. The area was just busy enough to be fun but not so crowded to be annoying. We will definitely be back to stay at this condo. We didn't want to leave!

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. Saralee’s attention to details to ensure guests have an enjoyable, relaxing, stay is evident throughout the condo which is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well-appointed, comfortable beds, nice decor, clean, and secure. I appreciated the starter supplies and welcome snacks provided and Saralee is a very responsive and considerate host. The view is fabulous! You can see the gulf from the master, family room, and kitchen. It was such a joy to wake up to that view each morning and the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, bbq grills, friendly guests and just a few steps to the beach, doesn’t get any better! There is a trolley that will take you north to Clearwater and south to St. Pete’s for a small fee, very handy if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive. Also, there are several restaurants, shops within walking distance, and a dog park across the street. Speaking of dogs, this condo is dog friendly which was a bonus since I brought my dog. I traveled here alone with my dog and I felt very safe and welcomed by the community. My family and friends that visited were equally impressed with the condo and area. I thoroughly enjoyed my month long stay, hope to return, and highly recommend! It was wonderful!

Lovely pool/hot tub and steps to beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood with fun restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful visit!

Great location for beach, shopping & eating!

Let me start by bragging about our hostess, Saralee!! What an amazing woman and excellent communicator she is! She was happy to answer all our questions even before we started our trip, and because she has a big heart, she extended the check out time until we were ready to leave for the airport! Her welcome letter was very detailed and she included a gift card to the Publix nearby. She sent a welcome snack box on the day of our arrival! Saralee will go above and beyond her hostess duties to accommodate her guests! Thank you, Saralee, for being you! And now about the lovely condo: A perfect size for our family of five adults and very nicely appointed. It had a feel of a home versus a rental. We were all impressed with the very well stocked kitchen (plenty of good quality utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and baking sheets), laundry, and bathrooms! There were plenty of good quality bath towels and beach towels! The spacious storage closet had many beach chairs, umbrellas, and even beach toys for those with small children. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens and pillows. Location was perfect - right on the beach with easy access to the main road and restaurants. We had a wonderful and easy breezy vacation and would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely condo! We will definitely stay here on our next vacation to Florida!

We booked a family trip and were so pleased with the condo. It was roomy enough for six adults and two small children. All necessities (and more) were provided. It really is a seamless stay because of what is provided inside the condo and for the beach. The location was wonderful as well— first floor, parking spot very close, steps to the pool and beach as well as to local eats. We parked our car and didn’t have to drive anywhere. We would recommend this property and stay again!
