My wife and I enjoyed the rental from the secured parking to the cleanliness and the location. We had a great time as we took in a show at Lincoln Hall and hung out with family and friends the next day. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the city.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here this was our first time using Vrbo also our first time seeing Chicago. We were quite nervous about it however was a great decision our place was clean quiet a nice neighborhood not far from downtown check in was also painless.

Everything about this space is perfect. We had five of us in the VRBO for the weekend, and the main bedroom with the couch bed and roll-out twin fit is perfectly. The space was very clean, easy to find and park in, and it’s in a perfect location. Working with Jessica was amazing as well- very communicative and quick when responding to questions. If you’re planning a stay in Chicago and looking to be close to the city but not in the fray, check this out!

Booked this space to spend a few days hosting different friends and family throughout the weekend for my son's 21st Birthday. It was close to downtown for our dinner reservations, grocery stores close for last-minute items, and enough space for people to spread out and enjoy catching up over Brunch. Our host was extremely accommodating and had everything we needed in the kitchen plus more! Thank you for a great time!

Great place for the family to stay on a short visit to Chicago.
Beds were comfortable and the place was fully appointed for our family of 5.
We didn’t spend much time there because we were out in Chicago, but the neighborhood was quiet at night and we would have loved to spend more time on the back patio, what a lovely space!

I believe this was a wonderful mini staycation for my husband and I. We had a few friends over the first night and we had an amazing time. The danger of this place is not wanting to go home when it’s check out time. It felt so good! It felt warm and cozy. The neighbors were nice and tho the construction going on next door woke us up we didn’t mind it after a while. The host was amazing, understanding and supportive throughout my entire stay. I would definitely recommend staying here as I will be booking again in the future

Jessica's condo is beautiful and was perfect for our getaway weekend. It is conveniently located close to lots of great restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. Jessica was an amazing host, very responsive to all of our needs and requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Jessica’s home is a dream getaway. The pictures hardly do it justice. There isn’t a detail forgotten. The location is central to everything but in an area that is calm, quiet, and breathtakingly beautiful. We look forward to staying here again during our next visit to Chicago!

Jessica's place was all we expected and more. She provided very thorough directions to located the parking garage from either direction you were coming from. She also always tries to get the place ready for early check in when possible without even having to ask for it. The rain shower and separate bathtub with jets were my favorite things about the place, but overall, quite a lovely stay.

Jessica was a fantastic host and had great communication. There was a small hiccup with the back door lock, but she was so quick to have everything fixed and to our liking. I would definitely come and stay here again!

Me and my sister stay at Jessica condo was very relaxing, comfortable, and entertaining and she was a great host . There were little notes of instructions to everything inside the condo so we didn’t really have to ask for anything. Her condo literally had anything you needed , I definitely recommend to anyone.

My family and I wanted to get away for the Holiday and do something fun instead of just opening gifts. We booked this place based on the location to downtown and easy access to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was perfect! It was so clean and organized. Even though there was only one bedroom, the pullout couch and rollaway bed were just enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy coffee in the morning before we headed out. OMG the master bathroom! The shower was the highlight and the soaker tub was also fantastic. We only had a short stay but we would definitely book again for a longer trip in the future.
Great communication with the owner/host. Having a private parking spot in a garage was also excellent.

My friend and I met in Chicago for a girls weekend. This was the perfect place for us to stay! Jessica is the most accommodating property owner I’ve ever dealt with. She let us check in a few hours early and let us stay a few hours past check out due to a flight change. The property was beautiful and you could park your car in the garage and walk anywhere. We could not recommend this place more. I wish there were 10 stars!

My friends a s I stayed at Jessica’s property to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful experience! The property was incredibly clean and had a lovely outdoor seated area that was perfect for brunch. Also super close to wicker park, we were able to walk and do shopping and had plenty of restaurants nearby.
Also, Jessica is a wonderful host! The checkin process was super easy and Jessica was very communicative and accommodating through the the whole process. Thank you so much for helping to make my birthday an experience that I will never forget!

Property was all we expected from photos and description. Very nice accommodations and well equipped. Appreciated contactless checkin/checkout. Security provisions very good. Building nice and quiet/kept city noises out. Our 2 small dogs had plenty of room for their crate and surfaces were dog friendly. Overall we were very pleased and satisfied.

Stayed her while attending Lalapalooza. By far one of the best/nicest Vrbo rentals I have stayed at. It exceeded my expectations. The property is in a very safe neighborhood and close to downtown. It was very clean and cozy. We accidentally left our camera and sunglasses and were contacted by Shannon who made it very convenient to pick up our forgotten items. I would definitely recommend this property.

The condo is extremely well appointed, much better than most 4 and 5 star hotels. The rooms are spacious, especially the bedroom and kitchen. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for our daughter and a number of guests, the kitchen and living room/dining area were perfect. Everything was there from an adequate supply of kitchen needs, glasses, plates, pots and pans. The fireplace was a real plus! The guest bathroom was spacious enough, but the master bath was over the top beautiful. We will be back for certain!

The condo looks as good or better than the pictures. If I had a question the owner would immediately get back with me. The condo also is in a great location. We were only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Chicago!!

The place is gorgeous! Convenient location with private parking. Rooms are spacious and everything you need is there for you. Loved the fact Jessica was easy to reach and communicated with us throughout process. We loved everything about it and it was 5 of us. Great place to stay.

The place is so amazing and beautiful. Everything Is clean and the check-in process is very detailed. The tv and WiFi are provided. I love the little notes that detailed everything. The shower is show unique and the pictures are accurate. I would book this again.
