What a dream…. everything about our stay in Casa Francisco was just so lovely.Its a beautiful design inside and out. The location is serene and quiet. It’s stocked so well for comfort and entertaining. The bedding is awesome. The lighting is incredible. The pool is great.. the hosts were the very best hosts I’ve ever had on any vacation rental site- I can’t say enough good about them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and then already perfect setting!!

We have used VRBO for numerous vacation rentals and this host was by far the best to deal with. He was immediate in his responses to our questions and very helpful even before we booked. The house is beautifully furnished and everything we needed during our stay was provided. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Francisca! Thank you, Aldo!!

Great, well-maintained home. We’ve spent many vacations on 30A, and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend golf cart rental (we only drove our rental cars to and from the airport) as well as chair service for the beach. We booked day by day for the chairs which was not an issue. We are very particular and all details were on point. We were headed to Greece after this week, and I would say that the house reminded us of our villa in Greece!

By far, one of the best properties we have rented on 30A. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. Convenient access to multiple beach access points and loved the private pool for afternoon swims. I will definitely book again.

We are Sea Grove / Seaside regulars and this house is our new favorite. It's new, clean, modern, has a great pool (rare for the area) and a great location that's close enough to the action but still quiet. It's also stocked with everything you need to operate (dishes, flatware, pots/pans, grilling utensils, towels, etc.) This property is our new go-to.

The house itself was a masterpiece, and the host Aldo went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. Upon entering the property, we were immediately captivated by the sheer beauty and attention to detail. The architecture seamlessly blended modern design with rustic charm, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The interior was immaculately furnished, exuding both elegance and comfort. The amenities provided were truly top-notch. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with high-end appliances and stocked with all the necessary utensils and cookware. We enjoyed preparing delicious meals and gathering around the spacious dining table, relishing the luxury of having such a well-appointed space at our disposal. The living areas were equally impressive, boasting plush sofas, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the incredible hospitality of our host. From the moment we made our reservation, Aldo was attentive, responsive, and accommodating. We have vacationed in this area for several years and this was the best experience we have had. The house is absolutely gorgeous and exactly how it is described. We loved it so much we spent more time at the pool then at the beach. The property management is exceptional and took care of everything. The special touches like towels, comfy lounges and even a bottle of wine were so appreciated. We will definitely be back!

This place is as beautiful as the photos! They also had fresh flowers and a great bottle of wine out upon arrival. Communication was easy and we always got responses within a few minutes. Def would stay here again!

Beautiful home with top of the line bedding, linens & towels. Perfect fit for your our family. Lovey layout. The week started a little cool, but with the heated pool our grandkids got to spend plenty of time in the pool. Wonderful location, beautiful beaches. Enjoyed a very relaxing week with our family!. Everything about our stay was perfect. We didn't believe that the house could be better than the pictures ... but the other reviews were right - it really is! The house is stunning. The space is very large and is so well designed. Everyone had a space to go to enjoy time ... whether it was lounging by the pool, playing games in the living room, eating at the table or relaxing on the veranda. The entire house was extremely clean and well-stocked. The kitchen was beautiful, appliances high end and had everything that we needed. It was great to have the "extra touches" such as towels, bikes. lots of dishes and glasses, etc. The pool area is just gorgeous - and it was great to have the option of heating the pool at this time of year. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever had at the beach. We are extremely picky ... and usually stress about cleanliness ... but never did so here! We already rented again for two weeks next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this home so much. The design and decor are beautiful. The floor plan provides for privacy for each of the three en suite bedrooms. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with appliances, serving bowls & platters, glassware, etc. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay, calm and serene.

We stayed at this property and it was absolutely magical. As someone else stated, the property was STUNNING. The pool was paradise, the house was well taken care of and so so so clean! The appliances were clean, the trash cans were clean, all bedding was clean. It was by far the most well put-together, cleanest property we've ever stayed in and we usually do two VRBOs a year for the past 10 years. We went in February and it was cold, but the pool was heated (for an extra fee) and we were able to swim day and night the entire week. Also, we had several work calls and the internet was blazing fast. Lastly, the house has bluetooth speakers inside and out so we spent most of our vacation streaming tunes throughout the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Let me first lay a short bit of background. Our group consisted of my wife, 14 yr old son, daughter (who turned 9 during our stay), and me. My son has been fighting leukemia since April of 2021. This was our big splurge and first family getaway since Covid began. We wanted it to be a good one. Casa Francisca did not disappoint. The property was particularly attractive to my wife who is all about white minimalism. The house is tucked away down a very private street and the front facade is deceptively clean and simple. But upon entry, you are greeted to a scene out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. Briefly, the house is wonderful and everything is conveniently accessible. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything most would want and you can tell the owners were determined to provide a high-end ambiance to their property. The primary bath is gorgeous and features a large, doorless shower with dual sinks and attractive tiling throughout. What really put it over the top for us was the amazing, lighted, and heated pool. Our son is recovering from weakness due to muscle atrophy but we were happy to see, he can swim like a dolphin in the pool! We were able to enjoy the pool several times a day. We were fascinated that we could enjoy the pool, open the French doors to the interior, and be completely unharnessed by mosquitos and other insects. Even with the lights on, I never saw a moth. Incredible. The beach is very close by, even for walking, and the white sands were a welcome departure from the beaches we've always visited on the Outer Banks. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had so let me reassure you that you are in good hands. The weather was wonderful, everyone we met was friendly (especially the great next-door neighbor, Tim), and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a perfect home.

This home is tucked on a quiet street away from the traffic but close enough to still enjoy all 30A has to offer. At the end of the road is a public beach access with several parking spots. The home is not only STUNNING (seriously the attention to detail was incredible) but it is equipped with everything you and your family would need for a vacation (beach chairs, towels, bikes, instant pot, cookware, serving ware, etc). We have stayed at many properties in the area over the years and this is hands down our favorite. Property management communication was incredible. They came right out to address anything (turn on pool heater). Would recommend this home to everyone.

Wonderful getaway, in the middle of everything, but on a side street so very tucked away. We thoroughly enjoyed the entirety of our stay.

This property is awesome from the time you open the door until you leave!!! The design is so perfect I would like to build it! Pool is definitely one of the best features for all of us, our 3 year old never wanted to leave. We rented a golf cart and drove everywhere, the beach, restaurants, grocery and to the shops. If you are looking for a place on 30A this is it!!!!!

The house was enchanting, and so relaxing! You won't even want to leave the house to explore the surrounding area! Everything you need is here......a pool, a huge kitchen, amazing bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. Since we stayed 2 weeks, the property owner even scheduled the house to be cleaned while we were there. The property owners were wonderful to deal with. They gifted us with wine on arrival, and even a bottle of champagne and dessert when there was a mishap (a few faulty fire alarms went off while we were sleeping). Book your stay here now! you won't be disappointed!

What a beautiful place!! Everything was thought out. Fresh flowers, drawer organizer, every utensil you could need, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and sheets, extra towels…. I could go in and on. Everything was thought of. Love Mr. Aldo’s place. Such a great experience. Would do it again! Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all for us and our boys. It was worth the walk to stay in such luxury!

Accommodating management company. We don’t typically return to the same rentals, but would absolutely stay here again. 10/10

The house and pool was lovely and we found ourselves staying in more than going out. A great place to relax and hang out with our family. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking which was nice- we’ve stayed in other houses where this was not the case.

This house is breathtaking! From the moment we walked in, I didn’t care if we left the house at all. It is very clean and has a peacefulness about it that you just have to see. The pictures online are absolutely beautiful, but it was even more beautiful in person. Would love to stay here again and again! Outdoor pool and space was exceptional!

We came with the intention of relaxing and unwinding from day to day responsibilities - and this location delivered. Our stay was exceptional, the house was perfect and met all of our needs.The location was close to the beach and the house was nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The multiple seating areas outside around the pool made our vacation feel like a tropical oasis on the days that we did not venture to the beach. The owners were communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had.

There were 2 families staying together in this beautiful property for our kids spring break. The 2 masters were perfect for our 2 families, and the kids rooms upstairs (shared bath) worked out great. The property really has everything you can think of (besides maybe an ice maker). The outside area is stunning, and provided a peaceful respite from hustle and bustle of spring break traffic/activity. The property manager and owners were always quick to respond to any issues we encountered (a/c thermostat had to be replaced). The bikes provided were perfect as we could bike into Seaside (about 1.5 miles from house) and bike to beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again and again.
