Fall 2024! Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage on Highland Lake, CT - central a/c and heat.
Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (patinage sur glace, ski et bien plus encore), ce cottage non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Grâce à la présence d'un parking sur place, vous pourrez décider d'y laisser votre voiture et de marcher les cinq minutes qui vous séparent de Highland Lake ou reprendre votre véhicule pour le trajet de 4 minutes jusqu'à Winchester Historical Society.
Ce cottage vous invite à la détente avec un jardin et une terrasse privée où siroter un savoureux cocktail en toute tranquillité. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision connectée.
Un salon, un barbecue et la climatisation équipent également cette location avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux, des serviettes et du papier toilette. Very nice clean place right on the lake. The pictures don’t do it justice, lower level is very nice and finished

This is a beautiful home , very clean, very inviting. Second year in a row and we will be coming back next year, hopefully!!
We had a lot of rain, so we spent more time indoors than we would have liked. Such beautiful views with the fog coming down over the mountains.
Nicole was excellent to work with.

This cottage was perfect for a getaway at the lake. Everything you need is there plus special touches. Spent our time kayaking and sitting outside or on the screened porch enjoying the view! Nicole quickly got back to us when we had a question. We will plan on staying there again!

We loved our stay on Highland Lake. The house was beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed to cook, grill, clean, etc. The overall layout of the place was perfect for a family and the beds we so comfortable! The weather did not completely cooperate with our plans, so we hope to return next summer and make more use of the kayaks, fire pit and beautiful back yard. Nicole got back to us quickly when we couldn't figure something out. Thank you Nicole!

The pictures don't do justice to how amazing this lake house is. The view from the inclosed porch is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked. We love the area and spent time swimming, kayaking and biking. There are so many thoughtful details in this house. We definitely hope to be back

Awesome vacation experience
Walking in the front door, your first view was of the lake through the house. Wow great first impression. We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was great. It was mid 90's all week, luckily there are 2 shade trees near the water, so you could stay in the shade to stay cool. Having the second kitchen and bathroom downstairs was great.
Would definetly stay again!

This cottage is terrific in many ways, but is not well set up for people who are elderly and somewhat unsteady on their feet. We would recommend: a shorter step from the porch into the kitchen; a shorter step from the living room onto the lakefront porch; a grab bar in the shower; and a more even surface on the driveway.

Warm and Perfect for our Trip
The description/pictures were spot on how nice the home is. The space was clean and more than we expected. Perfect amount of space for 4 adults. The Communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again for our next tournament on HIGHLAND LAKE!

This is a wonderful rental. Recently renovated 2 story cottage in a great neighborhood on a crystal clear New England lake. New appliances and expertly provisioned for anything you might need and more. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone interested in a carefree vacation getaway.

Great as described!
The property is clean and right size for our family. Has a great view. We liked that we could check in earlier and enjoyed the full first day; fishing, kayak, sunset, BBQ, s’more and etc.... It was raining on the second day but we did fishing little and enjoyed the view from the porch. We hope we can come back in the future!!
